It’s sad what this place has turned into. I’ve never been to a store before that security had to open a barrier to let me in. No single item in this store is over $500 so the extra security makes it feel ghetto. It’s dirty, extremely messy and has terrible quality inventory. We used to love this place but it’s a bonified dump now.

The people that work here including the manager are not only the rudest people ever, they also refuse to help you and will give you a hard time even if it’s their own mistake or fault. They’ll just rudely tell you to go to another store, I would literally give zero stars if possible do NOT shop here.

I was at the store yesterday, and the staff were unprofessional. The fitting room closed too early, and the staff at the till were quite rude as the queue grew longer. Eventually, they came to help, but it felt like they didn’t want to be there.

One dressing room open in the entire store. After waiting too long for the dressing room I left the cart of stuff and went to Marshalls. I should have gone straight to Marshalls instead.

Stephanie is very unprofessional manager or cashier of this store. That’s why nobody wants to came here it’s always empty.
I tried to return kids pajama, but she didn’t accept it without tag. But in their policy doesn’t says about tag nothing.
I have just a picture of the tag, but she doesn’t want to accept it. Thanks for thinking about customers. Never come here again very unprofessional manager.

I went today to shop with my boyfriend and I was looking at the purses and they have half of them locked up and then the other half not which I understand but once I pressed the button they have to unlock it which I did twice no one came till I saw a worker walking up to the security guard in the front and they started talking and me still waiting I asked the lady if I could get help to get the purse she told me she would get another worker to do it. That’s when a girl with glasses came out and started unlocking it and then she couldn’t do it herself so she asked the security guy to help her once he came up he told her why don’t u go back I’ll take care of it and she goes no I got the key and then they finally got it and she says I hate this job to the guy then she grabbed the purse I wanted and was holding on to it while locking the other bags and turns away and says I’ll take the bag up to the front for u without letting me see it or hold it which wasn’t as bad till we got to the cashier which was her once again even tho they had two other girls up in the front she was the only one taking people and once it was our turn she rang up our things and then went to go get my purse from where she placed it comes back rings it up and then kinda of tossed it to the side. she asked are u still getting the purse I said yes and then she had to get something so she grabs the purse holds it like if she was wearing it after she rang it up comes back and tosses it again next to the register but keep it closer to her while she takes out the money acting like ima steal the purse when she already rang it up and is giving us back the money and when we asked for a receipt she just stared at us and said u guys had to let me know before hand and then just gave us the money and gave us the receipt I grabbed my purse bc she didn’t even put it inside the bag with everything else she was giving attitude/ rude and acting like she didn’t wanna do her job .

Tried to make a return, but the cashier kept saying the receipt wouldn’t scan. If she looked at the receipt, she would’ve seen the item listed. I asked to speak with a manager and said nothing a manager could do. Some manual workaround should be in place for instances when the scanner doesn’t work. The cashier not proactively trying alternate routes was frustrating as well. What an inconvenience.
UPDATE: I was able to complete the return at the Springfield location when the cashier asked for help and someone taught him how to manually enter the transaction number. What a difference taking the time to slow down and assist makes!
