Permanently closed my accounts with Citibank after multiple privacy violations. I asked Citibank multiple times to have an individual completely removed from my own personal bank account, with no luck. Eventually I went to this branch explicitly to make the same request in person. I changed all contact info to my own. Although the manager and banker were polite & helpful, I found out after leaving that not only did the person who was supposed to be completely separated from my account get a voicemail letting him know I'd been at Citibank, they also continued sending him statements via email disclosing my new address. This was a huge breach of privacy and trust. Disturbing experience. I would not recommend Citibank to anyone.

I had a checking's in savings account open earlier this week I called so they can close both of the accounts completely. I had a balance of $2.24 in my checking's account while my savings was saying account closed via the app. I finally ended up withdrawing the $2.24 within the same week from my checking account. That same moment I see my savings account reopen and I was thinking it was just a glitch. Next day I see a balance of -$24.99 on my savings account and I only use to transfer money, never to make any purchases. I called customer service and their incompetence completely ruins any recommendation I have for the stupid foolish bank because I don't know where I got it interest of one penny they have charge my account. They reopen my account and and charge me for a monthly service of $25 but before I got the stupid interest payment of a stupid penny my account was already closed so why in the world would they reopen my account just to take money from me stealing scamming this bank is for the fools who don't notice their money is missing.

Everyone at this bank in Tysons has been wonderful except for one female banker. The tellers are always so friendly and KT, the manager, Milan, Osama and Brad have been great. I have all my accounts and mortgages there and they have spent hours helping me when I was hacked. There's always parking, although it's getting more scarce because Metro riders have been parking there. (I am sure they will take care of it soon). The only complaint is that sometimes one has to wait quite a while to get a banker as they don't have enough personnel. However, I have been going there since it opened and there is rarely much of a teller line.. perhaps at lunch time or after work. It has a drive through and 24 hour ATM service. And it's right next to McDonald's!

I didn't like customer service here. They are not helpful , they couldn't find account number and try to send me other locations. Store is opening at 10AM but seems like if there is no one they don't open it. When i was there it was 10:02 but door was still close. There is a line and only one person is working there is so many guys inside and I don't know what they do

The best Citibank in the DMV area. I love the staff there. It is in a nice neighborhood with free parking. Everyone there is so friendly and professional. Especially the 2 who sit by the door. One is Asian and the other one I think his name is Calvin from Bosnia. They are very knowledgable and quick to respond your emails.

I hate this branch and this bank!! Respect our right to privacy!! Stop asking me questions!! Anyone can walk in a bank with a deposit slip and a check to du s simple deposit or a credit card payment slip and cash to make the payment without being bothered for id or questions. I am so sick of u asking me my employer name or where I got 80$ cash to make a credit card payment. Where du u think I got it? Duuuuhhhhh I withdrew it from the bank I have a checking account in.. All my other banks to harass me like they du here... I can wait to pay off my balance so I don't ever have to deal with I guys again!

This branch has some of the best customer service I've seen in any industry. Karen at the desk knows me by name and they all greet me everytime I come in. I cannot speak to their other banking services but their front line is amazing. Also the branch manager TK is extremely friendly and inviting. They always make it a pleasure to do business. Keep it up!

I just received amazing customer service at this branch. The branch manager, KT Henry III, was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. The branch was clean and well organized and everyone was extremely friendly. I highly recommend using this location as your home branch.

This is the closest Citibank to my work and I do visit this branch a few times every quarter. I also happened to open my Citibank account at this location too. They have a lot of parking which is a plus in the Tysons area! I have always had good customer service - be it opening my account or normal teller service. The good thing here is that I do not have to fill out any deposit slips (compared to other banks)! Just have your check in hand and use your ATM/ Debit Card to do all business! A few times the line has been long and it has taken more than 10 minutes to get my work done. Other than that, I am a fan of this location!

Citibank service is awful, but this branch takes the cake. It's disorganized, the financial advisors (all of them-- the personal AND business bankers) are incompetent to the extent that they can't handle basic paperwork, and they seldom pick up their phone. I have a CitiGold account, and the service is no better. Avoid, avoid, avoid!! And if you can open an account with another bank, go there, wherever that is. Citibank customer service is going downhill very quickly.
