I took up Bikram yoga classes for 3-4 months. It gets boring after a certain period of time. Some of the instructors are good whereas others are newbies and don’t have a command on script and yoga. The membership is tricky and requires 30 days notice. My overall experience wasn’t great.

Have you had a meal that are progressively delicious and when it's end you feel so Light and Fulfilled? This is my experience with Antonia's Yoga spa class with sound activation by harp artist Yong Kim and hand on assist with Bill. Come to this studio and you will find Teachers to guide you back to the lost art of loving yourself so you can properly love others.

I love Cowface Yoga Studio! It's truer to the spirit of yoga than many other studios in the area. And all of its instructors are knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and super-nice! I started out last year taking Nancy's wonderful yin yoga and then this year I have been going to Maggie's Trapeze Yoga and love it. I also try to go to any of Antonia's or Bill's classes if I have time. I highly recommend this lovely studio for anyone and everyone but especially for those new to yoga because of the variety of classes offered . In one week a person can attend 5 types of classes and walk away with something different from each one.

I had heard great things about Maggie Gomez and her Trapeze Yoga workshop, so I took Maggie's workshop.

I took my 1st trapeze class with Maggie in August and am a complete fan. I was shocked that I could participate in all the poses on the 1st day (hanging upside down isn't as hard as it looks). After 2 classes I noticed much less back pain, and last week I realized, in an epiphany, that I hadn't thought about my back for 2 months. No pain and no thoughts about pain. A miracle.

For years I have been suffering from herniated discs. In the past year, I joined Cowface.Yoga studio and I have been practicing Hathaway, Spa, Vinyasa and Yin yoga as well as meditation. The certified instructors there are pretty seasoned, warm and friendly. They have done an excellent job with their guidance of proper pose adjustment, concentration of thought, breath control, and find stillness from within. I feel completely blissed out after each class. Last week, I signed up for their Yoga Trapeze Workshop. Instructor Maggie Gomez, with her nurturing nature, made it so much fun to learn a new way to practice yoga! For the first time in years, my body feel more relaxed and my mind so at ease. The muscle tension and pain in my shoulders, neck, and back have definitely lessened! This type of relief is truly unmatched by any other holistic practice or treatment I have tried. I am excited to incorporate Yoga Trapeze as part of weekly regiment and am so looking forward to the next class! Thank you CowFace for this new and fantastic experience. Namaste.

Awesome studio with a sense of community. The instructors and owners care about your yoga and mindfulness journey. I tried a franchise studio before I found Cowface, and am so glad I switched! As a new yogi, the assists during class are helpful, and the studio is cozy, and clean. There is plenty of parking, and the online reservation system is easy to use. They offer several types of yoga (vinyasa, hatha, yin, spa, rocket, aerial/trapeze) at reasonable prices. #namaste

Cowface is the best yoga studio I have found! The teachers are all excellent and the class times are convenient. The classes are always fun and challenging.

What can I say? Cowface is a 5-star studio. Small, intimate classes with great teachers that give you a great workout. In addition to vinyasa classes I take (Anne's Wednesday class is awesome), I look forward to my weekly trapeze class with Maggie. This has replaced my need for chiropractic services. My back issues have significantly improved and never thought I would enjoy hanging upside down. Maggie makes it fun! Highly recommend for anyone who wants to push their yoga to the next level.

I have been a part of Cowface Yoga from it's beginning and I am very impressed with the Great teachers and staff at the studio. I have been doing trapeze twice a week and can't believe how great I feel afterwards. Maggie does an exceptional job in leading the class. She works with each student giving guidance depending on the students experience, etc. Highly recommend Cowface and Trapeze Yoga

I attend the Vinyasa and Trapeze classes at this studio and love both. I have been doing Yoga for about 8 years and Cowface and have had many teachers. Cowface has some of the best. Love the hands on assists and mindful practice Anne provides in the Wednesday classes. Trapeze Yoga has helped my back issues significantly, Don't now what I would do without my weekly hangs upside down. At first I was anxious about doing this but each week it becomes easier and second nature. Trapeze takes yoga stretching to the next level! Maggie is playful and makes it fun to be there. One of the highlights of my week!

I have long been simultaneously interested in, and intimidated by, the idea of incorporating a yoga practice into my hectic life. The Thursday night Hatha Flow class has been the perfect way to ease into it. The studio is small and low key and Marcy is a great instructor. My daughters tried her kids class this afternoon and she was great with them too!

Cozy space, lots of personal interaction with the teachers, a variety of classes, even trapeze, room just hot enough to get a great stretch and workout.
