The actual internet service is okay (with maybe 1-2 outages a year). The customer service is terrible, especially if you're moving. Endless tranfers and repeating the same info to multiple service agents who can't handle the request. They wanted to charge me for sending out a tech when they had the problem on their end. I got a cheaper deal with Verizon who sent the Wi-Fi router the next day. It only took 10 mins to complete the setup.

The technician arrived right on schedule, professionalism evident in his demeanor as he set to work on installing the internet service. In just 90 minutes, he efficiently connected everything, demonstrating his expertise with each precise movement. However, he left a bit of a mess behind, neglecting to tidy up the workspace after completing the installation. Despite this minor oversight, I’m pleased to report that the internet has been impressively fast and remarkably reliable ever since.

I had an amazing experience with Cox, and I have to give a huge shoutout to MCCLABIA MAYS for the incredible service. He helped me figure out exactly what I needed, gave me great advice, and made the whole process super smooth.
What stood out the most? His positive energy seriously, she was not only helpful, but hilarious too. We were laughing throughout the conversation, and it honestly made my day.

Absolutely worst experience of all time. Poor customer service, extremely poor WiFi connectivity and after i had to cancel after spending countless hours and dollars they wouldn’t even credit back $69 where internet access wasn’t even used for weeks. Never had such a poor experience.

Went in to pick up a router for the new house, had to exchange the router & Cyrus helped me both times and remembered my name when I called back. One of the best customer services experiences I’ve had in a while! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the product and went above and beyond to make sure I could get my wifi set up as soon as possible! Highly recommend this location

They didn’t give me the help I wanted. I stayed there for almost half an hour and still no help and when one of the workers weren’t busy they went to help someone else that was already getting treated with help while I was just there waiting and just left without get assisted

I'll update this later if I get a response. Internet has been OK and installation service as well, but the whole digital experience is awful (keep in mind this is an internet company!). It keeps telling me that my login user ID and/or password are invalid, even right after I update them. Whatever I do, I cannot log in, which is critical as they now conduct all transactions etc. online. Whatever I do, I cannot log in - I've reset my password many different times - nothing helps, and no easy way to get help.

Fast efficient service. My customer service representative alerted me about a package that included significantly higher speed service with router included for a very small price increase. I was happy to take the package.

I was told once I return my internet box here my internet service would be cancelled. I returned the box, was given a receipt. And 3 months later cox is still charging us for internet. When I reached out to their ai customer service they were useless. Did this happen to anyone else? This smells like a class action lawsuit. How many other people are they silently charging who thought they cancelled?

Im a new customer in a rush to get internet so I can sign into work. I work remotely. Only took 16 minutes and I was out the door with my internet box. Thanks for being professional thorough informative and quick. He was knowledgeable and answers all my questions. Great store and David had great customer service. Thank you David and Cox team.
