I saw the sale for a 7x10 unit in McLean, VA. I went over to the office to get the key code and spoke to Mimi, the site manager. She was super helpful and even checked if maybe I needed a smaller unit instead. She wasn’t trying to push me to get a larger and more expensive unit. Her genuine kindness was awesome. When I reached my unit that is in the “older” building, it was well maintained. Elevators were in working condition and there are carts to help move your stuff to your unit! How awesome is that? I got a welcome card too which was very thoughtful. I highly recommend this facility because it shows the company maintains the location quite well. I highly recommend storing your belongings here. And, CubeSmart, give Mimi a raise! She is a great ambassador for your McLean location.

Malik, Mimi and the entire team at CubeSmart have gone above and beyond in helping me. They connected me with a moving company, assisted in coordinating the move while I was in another state, supported the movers in getting my things into storage and have helped proactively troubleshoot any and all issues and taken many things off of my plate during what otherwise could have been a very chaotic time. I am impressed and grateful for their professionalism and excellent customer service!
