Went out of my way to purchase a product that was confirmed to be in store. Turns out cvs doesn't sell this product at all. In store the person who answered my call directed me to the location of the item

Location is convenient however it is a pain getting to from leesburg pike. Normally one self checkout counter is open, the cvs has a standard selection and cleanliness is average. Getting in and out is the biggest headache.

The people that work at this pharmacy are always so rude. There were 3 women working who were unhelpful and dismissive. I will be moving my prescriptions.

People who work in the pharmacy are so rude.They don’t care if you are standing at the register for so long they look at you but do not say anything like we will be with you shortly or anything like that. I will not choose this pharmacy anymore and would not recommend to anyone.

80% of the time, the prescriptions are never ready for pick up. Not sure if it’s their incompetent systems or disorganized staff. Maybe both. Over the years, I have had to ask doctors to send prescriptions multiple times before it goes through. At this point, I’m done with CVS. Going to try a smaller pharmacy that’s not overwhelmed and care about customer experience.

Pharmacist Pinky Rachamala was very unprofessional. She didn’t answer my medical questions and told me to take my business to another pharmacy for no reason. The pharmacist did not perform the required duties as listed on the board laws. Reported the unprofessional to corporate and received a follow up from her supervisor Neda Nemani who was condescending. It’s obvious to me now why CVS pharmacies in this area are horrible. Especially after speaking to Neda Nemani who lacked basic customer service skills and did not care about me taking my business somewhere else. I would not even invest in this company considering their poor management/leadership staff like Neda and the pharmacists she employees.

Pharmacy review - Ive called the pharmacy directly to resolve and a woman answered the phone and immediately hung up the call.I was visiting the area and my doctor sent over a prescription for a common medication. This pharmacy didn’t have this simple medication in stock - but instead of transferring to another pharmacy they placed a hold on the medication which prohibited me from getting the medication I needed from a pharmacy that could actually fulfill the prescription.I finally reached a woman who asked my name and birthdate multiple times, yet still began talking to me about a prescription that my doctor never prescribed. She was looking at another persons account

They absolutely NOT Helpful! Been calling past two days to have them call to transfer my medication and they never did! The worst location to get help and have things done! Do NOT ever go this place
