I will write a little about my visit here. It wasn't all that bad, but something happened that made me a little uncomfortable.
I explained to the lady that I would return one piece but that I needed to buy something more expensive as a gift for my best friend and since I had bought the gift box she asked me if I would return it and I said no because I would use it in a moment and she said, you are not thinking of putting a fake Pandora in it right? She said in a tone that I didn't like and I felt a little upset but I kept my calm and told her no, I need to buy a chain and I would put in there ooooh she said then you will do it right now of course that's what I just told you... and in the end I bought it and she became nice but at first I don't know what she thought of me maybe because I'm Latina she thought I didn't have money but I feel like she should learn not to judge people without knowing them

Renee at the Tysons location is wonderful! My fiancee and I are perhaps not a conventional couple. We asked silly questions, we were tired because we were on our 13th jewelry store, and with our untrained eyes we told her honestly that we couldn't tell the difference between the diamonds. Renee never judged us. She laughed with us, made us feel at ease, and helped us finally find a ring after a very long search. My fiancee (who is hard to impress) said that when we come back for wedding bands, she will go straight to Renee. (That is saying a lot).
