I come up here a couple times a year or so and every single time Joe has gone above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. Not only is he very knowledgeable about the product lines, but he knows what suits different body types. I have been to many DXL stores over the years and across the country and this one is by far the best by a long shot. The selection is second to none, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Even if I’m only passing through the northern Virginia area I always make sure to stop to see what they have in.

I used to love this place whoever the last couple years it's kind of gone downhill. They basically have the same stuff they had 2 years ago they don't get new updated stuff hardly ever. What a bummer

Drove miles out of my way to get here and when we arrived there was a small note on the door saying they were closed due to no AC. Having that information posted on the website or on Google prior to arrival would have saved me time and money. Would give zero stars if possible.

Made a purchase knowing that a rewards program was available and was surprised that the program was being redone as no rewards points will be available. I did not change my purchase due to this fact but might have if my purchases were not needed due to a funeral in the family.

I have really struggled to purchase clothes in the past few years. Finding out what size I am and how things fit has given me such anxiety I just wore mis fitting clothes and avoided going out when I could. But there was an event I didn’t want my anxiety to let me miss. So I decided to give this store a chance and I am writing this in thankful tears. The sales person was patient and helpful and didn’t judge me. I walked away with an outfit that for the first time I years I actually felt fit me. And I am just so incredibly thankful. I could not be happier and will be back soon to update more of my wardrobe with them. Also I arrived like 25 minutes before it closed accidentally and they were still extremely accommodating and kind. Thank you
