Thank you Nicole and Hermon for helping!! Much appreciate team effort. Eagle bank needs to upgrade their online format. Make it more user friendly.

This bank does not know how to treat people, I am an independent contractor and my real estate team pays me with checks from Eaglebank, the first time I went to cash it I brought my a government issued ID and they wouldn't take it, they asked for a passport which I don't carry around, the manager made some calls and they were finally after 45 minutes being there able to cash it, I went again today and when I approached the teller I said hi and she didn't say hi back, asked if I made an appointment which I did not but I apologized to her, she said the following to me "just because the door is open it doesn't mean you can just walk in". I ignored her comment and gave her a check with a debit card and ID, she asked for a different card because she did not like the one I gave her, at that point I just asked for everything back and I walked out, this ONLY happens at this location, I have been to 5-7 different locations and this never happens to me, I am in shock how this branch is still in business, the reviews say it all.

Bad bank and poor lending practices.

Just waited 30 min for them to open to walk in and have them tell me they cannot cash my check. They said the server or something was down for all eagle banks. What type of incompetence is this for a bank that banks on “business” accounts.

Tonight we were at Eagle Bank Arena at George mason university for my twin nieces high school graduation. I have to give kudos to Security in how they managed a large group of people. A fight did break out directly behind me between two people who did not see eye to eye on who should stand for the national anthem. Security handled it efficiently and quickly and nobody was hurt and the instigator was escorted out of the premises. It was sad because his family member I Recently moved to VA at the school and really could've used family support. I am beyond proud of my nieces who graduated with honors and numerous scholarships for the outstanding work they have done over the past four years.

Attended a concert here six days ago and we had a great time! The staff is always friendly, there is plenty of parking, and they do a great job on directing the traffic in and out. We always have a great time attending events at this arena! I give the gift of five stars....and they well deserve the five stars. I hope that the YELP algorithm leaves my five star review up. This business well deserves it. Hey YELP, it sure would be great if this business could rate me as an individual. Other applications are doing that now. Who knows, I might not have been professional in my interactions with them. This process seems a little one sided. Either way, I'm very happy to give this business five stars!

After so many years since the branch was originally in Westwood center Drive, I was surprised to receive my statement with a 20% charge fee for my ACH Transfer recently. My financial institution have yet to receive the TRANSFER ( after 1 weeks).

I came here on a Friday for the ladies night out show. The performers were Eric Benet, Tank, Musiq SouldChild and Keith Sweat. I absolutely loved this show. Everyone performance was amazing. Now outside of the show, I put 4 stars because of the drink selection and prices. First off, they only sell beer and wine. I wouldn't of mind a little vodka and cran lol. Also the wine was $10 for a small cup and $20 for a larger cup. Granted I know you have to pay extra when you go out to these types of places but wow. Overall it was nice. The staff were super friendly as well!

I much rather prefer EagleBank Arena to Capital One Arena at the Verizon center. It is accessible, there is parking, easy to find, depending on the event - it is easy to get in and out - not always though. I've been here numerous times! The most recent event I came to was the Valentine's Day Love Jams with Next, 112, Avant, Ginuwine and Tyrese! So much fun!! We had super close seats! Row 6 on the floor! I could almost feel their sweat. I also just came here for The Millennium tour. SUPER fun! Same floor seats which are essentially just those open and close type chairs. They are also uncomfortably close to each other. Be prepared. The drinks are over priced and they only offer things such as mike's hard lemonade and Rita's and they are tiny cans. If you order 2 at a time they'll put it in a large cup for you so you don't have to make as many trips lol

I came here to watch a WWE out of pure curiosity. Eagle Bank Arena is older, but it gets the job done. It's a no thrills kind of set up, but still worth coming to. Some of the security staff looked absolutely miserable and were not that friendly. The show itself wasn't bad. I was absolutely somewhat entertained to be honest. Next time I'd rather come to Capital One Arena in DC instead to see more headliners. Otherwise I have no complaints.

Arena was fairly organized and the staff were pleasant. They stood by the entrance and offered help to anyone needing assistance with finding their seats. The bathroom were spacious and surprisingly clean.

I had a great experience coming to the For King and Country concert. The sound and lightning was amazing. The show as sold out, but the acapella signing of Christmas carols with crowd joining in was especially amazing. I'm not sure if all performances at the Arena are this special, but I loved my first experience of King and Country show at the Arena.

I've always appreciated the size of EagleBank's parking lot and how simple it is to exit. Located inside George Mason University, very easy to spot the arena unlike other stadiums in a University. I went and saw J Balvin Sunday night and even with parking lot A being full there were more parking lot across from it and security did a good job directing traffic. The line was a little long upon entering but security was quick to check bags and scan the tickets. There were plenty of options to snack on: cotton candy, dipping dots, popcorn, and more. My only complaint was that the popcorn tasted old and stale. Everything else was an easy process from beginning to the end.

My 1st time here to watch the 2018 WNBA Champions game Mystics vs the Storm - Storm swept the Mystics. Located at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. The arena is home to GMU's Men & Women Basketball teams & also hosts concerts & other various shows. There's plenty of Concession Stands with your favorite fast food snacks, Beer & Wine Stations & quick serve carts offering Ice Cream, Popcorn & Candy. The seats were actually comfortable for a college arena & the restrooms are modernized & well maintained. Eagle Bank Arena is the first University venue to be managed by Monumental Sports & Entertainment, the owners of Capital One Arena. The arena also hosts graduations for nearby NOVA High Schools. From the Vienna/Fairfax-GMU Metro Station - Orange line, you can take the free shuttle to the campus. The closet shuttle stop to Eagle Bank Arena is in front of the Recreation & Athletic Complex (RAC) with a 5 minute walk.
