What can I say about Nazee Fakharifar! I have profound appreciation for the extraordinary service she delivered. This is my 2nd time working with her and she has consistently demonstrated a level of professionalism, expertise, and dedication.
Nazee brings an infectiously positive attitude to everything she does. Her optimism and enthusiasm are contagious, creating a conducive and motivating atmosphere. My experience working with Nazee was fun and efficient, she is extremely talented, patient, and has excellent listening and people skills. She shares her ideas while also making it a priority to ensure you are comfortable with the design process which can feel overwhelming at times! She doesn't push her ideas nor her preferences and works with you to help bring your ideas to life! I highly recommend working with her, thank you Nazee!

Ethan Allen has high quality furniture and excellent service. We wanted to update our basement--new furniture, paint, and updates to our 1960s fireplace. Maha visited our house and then presented beautiful options to us a week later, including recos for the paint and the fireplace updates. We absolutely love our new room. Also, we had a small issue (damage to one of the couch legs) and Maha took care of that, too. I highly recommend Ethan Allen, and Maha's expertise.

Annette Nielsen was very professional, thoroughly knows her stuff and at the same time very friendly. She is excellent at picking out furniture and accessories that complement one another. This is the second time I have used her to furnish a room.

I ordered a battery pack for my expensive recliner. After the purchase of the battery pack, I had to pay for shipping. A month later, I have nothing and Ethan Allen is not responding to my email.

We love Ethan Allen and when we moved from GA one of our first searches was for an EA designer for our new townhome. We knew we had a challenge: could our new living room, not very large, accommodate a baby grand piano? Julie Goss helped us figure out how to make it work! She was careful to listen to our desires, work within our limitations, and still make the room look like we dreamed it would. Julie is very skilled and also very kind and easy to work with. We highly recommend her talent!

Excellent service and professional experience from beginning to end. We love our new furniture! Annette was our designer, she was very caring and helpful. We had a small blemish on the wood and Dwayne came out and repaired it beautifully. Even the delivery drivers were exceptional - paying attention to the slightest detail upon delivery. Highly recommend Ethan Allen!

Julie Goss was absolutely wonderful to work with. She took the time to understand my aesthetic and what I was hoping to achieve in the space. She developed an absolutely gorgeous design and palette that I completely loved, coming up with design elements that I hadn't considered in order to further elevate the look of my family room. And when I became concerned with the anticipated wear and tear from teenagers, she worked with me to tweak the design to retain all of the aspects I loved while addressing my concerns. She was patient, thoughtful and supportive as we worked through the design and delivery phases. I couldn't be happier with the results and really appreciate Julie's talent and high touch customer service. I'm looking forward to working with her again, on my next project!

We worked with this Ethan Allen store and specifically, Julie Goss while doing a remodel of our kitchen and living room. Julie helped us create a wonderful living room space for our family. She was patient, offered wonderful suggestions and also helped us to get the best price for each of the pieces we selected. We initially made one large purchase but then purchased more furnishings on two separate occasions after being so happy with the service she provided. Our new space looks beautifully put together! Each time we would go to see Julie she would take our ideas and proactively put together some options for us which was GREAT. With such busy schedules it was wonderful to have someone do the work for us ahead of time and to manage the project from start to finish. We would absolutely work with Julie again and give her our highest recommendation!

We recently made our 2nd purchase from this store and worked with Maha both times. Last year we bought a large sectional and this year we completely refurnished our family room. We couldn’t wait to work with her again - we had the besttttt experience. She is a such a pleasure to work with and her recommendations are so classy and thoughtful. She carefully considered our style and made us feel so relaxed about our purchase (even my husband who is very particular). I absolutely love both rooms now. Maha’s recommendations transformed both spaces into clean, classy and cozy spaces that we all really enjoy and feel good about. I can’t wait to work with her again!!! After a major renovation of our first floor which included a kitchen, two living rooms, and a dining room we needed to furnish the space. We conducted independent research and visited many furniture stores in the area, but with seemingly endless possibilities it was challenging to decide on what would look good in our space. There are certainly furniture stores with some peculiar offerings and we struggled a bit envisioning how some pieces would match our design. However, when we visited Ethan Allen we immediately knew we liked the classic American style, and their offer of free design services made it a no-brainer to work with them.
In our search for a designer, we consulted online reviews and consistently read high praise for Nazee Fakharifar. We also checked her Houzz site for more pictures and really liked her style. We reached out to Nazee and she was very fast in setting up an initial consultation with us. She came to our house to take pictures and measurements, and was able to create a design for four rooms very quickly- I forget how quickly, but I believe it was within a week. Nazee visited us on one Saturday, and by the next, we were at Ethan Allen reviewing the designs and considering the furniture and fabrics she had selected. As people who like to understand all options before making decisions, we returned to the showroom a few times. But each visit was productive and we were able to finalize the designs quickly.
The best thing about working with Nazee is her extensive knowledge of Ethan Allen's catalog, her ability to understand her clients' needs, and how she is able to connect these to create the perfect design. As mentioned, my wife and I are both quite picky so there would be times where we really liked what Nazee picked for fabric, but since EA has hundreds of fabrics we wanted to see more. We would spend an hour looking at more fabric but ultimately came to the conclusion Nazee had picked our favorite at the very beginning. We also like how Nazee does not hold back from giving you her opinion about what would look good or bad. She isn't going to let you choose something that will look bad just to get a sale. She will be honest and tell you if something will work for your space or not. This of course is highly valuable as you are relying on her expertise to create the perfect design.
Another aspect we greatly appreciated was Nazee's communication skills, her promptness in arranging meetings, and the overall collaboration of working with her. If we called or texted her she would respond back right away with an answer, or to let us know she was with another client and would get back to us as soon as possible. There was never a text or a call that she left unanswered.
We only ran into a couple issues with our project but Nazee and her manager, Robert, were able to resolve those for us quickly. One problem was with the fabric we chose for two chairs, which was suddenly out of stock. Robert reached out to the production facility to check the available fabric yardage, fortunately finding enough to fulfill our order. Later, we discovered that the rug for our dining room had a minor defect and was a bit too large for our space. Robert once again assisted us in obtaining a smaller replacement at no additional cost, exemplifying 5-star customer service.
Our experience working with Nazee and the Ethan Allen team was overwhelmingly positive, from the initial consultation to the design process, purchase, delivery, and follow-up support. We look forward to working with Nazee again on our future furniture and design projects.
