I love our new Bentley! Mehdi and his team were all amazing. We did everything via Docusign, and the purchase was seamless. This was the cleanest and quickest purchase transaction. I’ve never seen a General Sales Manager get involve with deals but Mehdi touches every client and all deals. His personal touch was warm and inviting. We’ll definitely be back for our car!

BE AWARE!! DO NOT BUY CAR FROM HERE!! I purchased Porsche Taycan from here with all cash. After signing, they will treat you like a trash. Also They offer only one car key!!!! Seriously????. General manager, Mehdi is also lier. Most terrible customer service and Most Awful experience during my life.. AVOID This dealership!!!

Absolutely one of the best. I have purchased and sold multiple cars with this group. I have financed with them, and I have gotten checks for selling my cars to them. I have test driven over 30 cars with them. There were days where I would test drive 10 cars and buy nothing and leave. I come back a month later, and Branden and Mehdi are there to greet me with more cars to test drive. I love the fact that there is never a pressure to buy. I have purchased cars from them as well and have been very happy with the price and trade in. It seems they look for more of a long-term relationship and friendship than just a one transaction hit and run :-). Go there, test drive the cars, meet the team, make a day out of it. I stop by there all the time just to see what new toys they have. :-)

It's very disappointing that a dealer group that sells such beautiful new and used cars out of such an amazing new showroom is turning out to be one of the worst dealers I've ever purchased from. It's been far harder and taken longer for these guys to complete standard post sales actions like getting permanent license plates and paying off my trade-in. It ended up taking over 5 weeks for them to repay me for some work they agreed to pay as part of the deal. Most amazingly when I finally escalated my challenges to the auto group owner after 4 weeks of waiting, multiple promises it had already been taken care of when it obviously hadn't, instead of asking how he could help resolve my concern he actually threatened not to repay me what they owed if I left my previous review up calling out my poor experience. Certainly not the luxury buying experience and professionalism I would have expected.

Exclusive automotive group is an excellent place to come if you are looking for quality and excellent customer service. I was looking for a new car and I had already went through so many different used car dealerships to find a nice preowned vehicle that had not been in a bunch of previous accidents, no history of keeping up with the maintenance of the vehicle, and something that had fairly low mileage for a decent price. I Saw something about exclusive automotive group on the Internet so I decided to check them out. I was greeted by a sales representative named Stephen Arnold and when I walked in, I had not met this guy, talked on the phone or even told him what I was looking for at all in reference to a car, an SUV, a new pick up truck, I was really undecided. When he greeted me, it was after I had already walked around and looked at all the vehicles on the lot and had already knew in my head which one I would possibly be leaving there with. His first words to me after introducing himself were “ so how did you like that Range Rover.” I never stopped at this Range Rover, or even looked at it because I knew as a parent that I needed an SUV and a range rover was my choice if I was going to choose an SUV. When I saw there was one on the lot I looked at all of my dream cars and said my goodbyes so visually you would’ve thought I was interested in purchasing a Bentley or a Ferrari because that’s what I was looking at. I was waiting to get inside to speak to a sales representative about the range rover specifically so I can get keys and look inside and take this thing for a test drive. I was impressed by his knowledge of not only that vehicle, but every vehicle on the lot and how in sync with the customers and knowing exactly what I wanted and helping get exactly what I needed. Thank you Stephen. I’ll be back for that Cranberry Bentley!!

I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience i have ever had. Steve was so laid back and professional. He let me look and there was absolutely NO Pressure. He let me take my time looking at the car i was most interested in and some of the other cars. I was able to talk to my wife about the financial aspect without a salesman pushing me into something. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I will definitely come back and buy again from him when the time comes. I have never given a review before but Steve deserves 5 stars.
