Outstanding print services. Mohammed helped with scaling issues and went above and beyond with a test run. He even helped us troubleshoot the design to improve readability and clarity of our design. Definitely recommend them for printing!

FedEx failed my nonprofit organization. They charged us hundreds of dollars to send items to a teacher over seas. The customs paperwork was not completed properly. It delayed the process and when the package arrived, the country charged us hundreds more or threaten to return the package. FedEx customer service refuse to assist us. We didn’t want to disappoint the teacher and paid the high fee. We feel robed, let down, and taken advantage of. Beware of FedEx!

Absolutely worst experience ever. They never call you when your print is ready for pick up and it will be sitting there for days. And when you finally go and pick it up it's not even correct. And they fight with you offering no discounts and just to reprint the order. This is my third FedEx location because both Fairfax Main Street who also have an extremely combative staff and Arlington, with the most incompetent staff have failed me for the same print telling me what wasn't possible as if they haven't already done the same job before.
I was told by the General Manager yesterday that my print would be ready for me the same day but I told her I wouldn't be able to come back as I was on my way into work and we both agreed for me to come back today for pick up. They didn't even make the order or make a ticket to have the files or my information. After I had to wait over half an hour for them to make the print in the store, they didn't even print it the right size that was in the email and as I verbally confirmed and they confirmed back to me which was 5x7. These are supposed to go inside of plastic sign holders and it doesn't fit the border. Worst team and management ever.

I recently visited this FedEx location and was disappointed by my experience. One employee, Jorge, was extremely dismissive, rude, and frankly seemed unprepared to assist with a basic service request. After checking other reviews, I’m clearly not the only one who’s had a negative experience with his attitude and lack of professionalism. I hope management steps in and addresses this, because his attitude sets a terrible tone for the whole place.
Michelle, the other staff member, was more competent and was able to help print the photo I needed. That said, she appeared visibly frustrated and disengaged, which made the experience feel uncomfortable—though I give her credit for keeping it professional. It felt like she was going through the motions because she had to… A gentle reminder from management might help foster a more welcoming and respectful environment.
The location might be convenient, but the customer service was so off-putting that I doubt I’ll come back. Better experience at the mosaic location.

I visited this FedEx on 2/22/25 and was unable to get my doom document to print after I had been on the computer for 45 minutes. There was a nice gentleman representative that was going to assist me because we cannot get it to work. Once I realize that it popped up and said I spent $22 with nothing printed I inadvertently hit the incorrect button and then I lost everything. The gentleman was going to refund my money because I still needed to utilize our services to get what I needed to be done. There was a rude assistant manager named Michelle, who would not refund my money and did not assist me. So I essentially spent over $60 for a $15 job because of a printing issue.

I can’t speak for all the staff because they come and go. With my experience the postal service area workers are very lazy and automatically point me to the self-service. The machine was not even working well.

I went yesterday, and Jorge was very rude and dismissive! I wanted to send a care package to my fiance overseas, and he misquoted me on a price and was very short. Horrible experience overall.
