Service was excellent. Got help with a 55 page job that kept failing (scan-> PDF -> email). A little pricey, but worth it for important legal documents.

I have no complaints. Quick, efficient, and friendly service. I haven't used their printing services, only shipped packages, did Amazon returns, and once had to get a document notarized.

I question the bad reviews. Been coming here for years now and always have a great experience. I hate returning stuff and shipping stuff but knowing this is here alleviates my anxiety in advance. This FedEx is a no hassle, in and out, full service shop (for the most part). Always get great service at this place, today Andy did a great job of getting me in and out, as have others in the past. 5 stars!

Just go to UPS, at any time. If UPS is closed at the time, just wait until it opens. Trust me, UPS takes shorter to deliver your package even if you wait for days to ship it. My package didn't get delivered until 10 days later while I paid a more expensive price at FedEx for 2 days shipping. I called 3 times and all they told me is that I can't get refund. FedEx is a JOKE. DON'T USE FedEx. Period.

Disclaimer: I consider myself a 'customer service zealot'. I was in town visiting my parents, when I decided to visit some local BNI chapters while in the area.Fresh out of business cards on my drive up from Jacksonville, and had only 90 minutes before my first BNI meeting.As I walked off the mean streets of Tysons, VA, I was greeted with a hearty welcome. I was still some 20 yards from the desk,/! Who dared to exhibit true customer service skills in the year 2023? A new rival, or perhaps a 'ride or die' to join my customer service crusade?!?Quick tip: All you business owners out there - this is how you're supposed to welcome someone to your business (esp. post-covid). I responded in kind (from 20 yards out) and threw down the gauntlet: "Do you want to be a rock star"After a quick trip to Best Buy for a new laptop, I returned and asked if Andy had anything for me. His response: 'how about a box of spanking new cards?' During his reveal of said box's content (just like the ones I've HEARD are on YouTube).Uncle Mike, the proud owner of 250 sales opportunities , felt a sudden accumulation of moisture in one of his eyes, and reached this conclusion.Andy is not a rival, but indeed worthy of inclusion as a fellow customer service crusader! I've found my ride or die promotional material contact. Now it's your turn: 'come get some'!One day we'll likely have biz cards with embedded live action and audio.Geeks like me, and my spawn, can hearken back to the first time we saw the moving paintings in the halls of Hogwarts School of Magic and Wizardry. I had some obscure packages to ship out and the person who helped me couldn't have done a more outstanding job. The store was moderately busy but I suffered zero wait time. I loved it!!!I also appreciated how easy parking was and how well stocked the supplies were inside. Bookmarking this place for future returns.

I have been using FedEx Office several times a month for over 20 years. I frequent various branches in Herndon, Sterling, Reston, Fairfax, and Tysons. The Tyson’s office is absolutely the worst, every time. Service is slow and rude and they charge more for the same services because pricing is sometimes subjective. I don’t know why this location has always consistently been the worst.This week I went to the Tyson’s office for a small job I needed asap. After waiting several minutes for service, the clerk hesitated and said slowly, “I don’t know if we can do this. What if I mess it up?” Then a second clerk said, “We can do it and you can pick it up in about …. Like 3 hours.” I chose to drive 10 miles to use the Sterling branch. They did the job perfectly in just about 3 minutes.

My appendix once ruptured and that was painful. I'd rather have that pain again than deal with the customer service at this place.
