Stephanie is very helpful and friendly. I was looking for a store to print a large document. I called two ups stores and was told they didn’t have enough paper for it. Then I called another FedEx store and was told they couldn’t guarantee if I could even pick it up by tomorrow noon time. But I needed it today. Then I called this store. Stephanie helped to check the availability and told me it’s ok to pickup today and they finished it quickly! Both Stephanie and Raymond did excellent jobs! Thank you!

I went there to drop off a package. I was never told that I had to pack up the package. I was just told to scan the QR code when I arrived there I was told by the female worker to purchase a box she did not want to help at all. I came far to drop it off and she didn’t help with any resolution besides having me pay for a box. I don’t even know if that was the correct size. They just told me this is the amount to get a box. I never saw the box. I never saw the package go into the box. All she did was charge me, and that was it. Not happy

ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY HORRIBLE PHONE SERVICE. Don't try calling ANY FedEx and speak to the person at the location. All you get is AI routing you to a call center somewhere in another country.

FedEx office did a great job with my color copy needs. Raymond knew exactly the type paper stock and printing I required. Excellent communication on copying job and delivered on time. I would highly recommend.

I'm giving it 2 stars because technically you can get what you need done. But they are very rude, especially the store manager. They often don't see when you email them files to print (this has happened to me on numerous occasions), and the manager seems completely unconcerned about this or about whether her customers are satisfied (less so than other employees who at least seem like they want to do a good job). She doesn't listen, cuts her customers off on the phone, and frankly seems like she couldn't care less. It's too bad really in such a small community. If there was somewhere else in Vienna I could print things, I would. Welcome to the monopoly.

I use your service a lot. I walked in today at 6:40pm and the guy at the desk told me I missed the 5:00pm cutoff. So I walked out with it to get instructions from my hiring party, who told me that I actually DID NOT miss it and that it would arrive by 10:30am next morning if I dropped it off. So I had to go BACK! Shouldn't the FedEx guy know these important details? I almost gave up and left to find another method of shipping. Seems your staff should have the facts down straight.

Mock up some cool holiday cards. FedEx says they can print them 5x8 with envelopes for a good price so I order. Of course they forget the envelopes. Lol. So we go back and they tried to give us the wrong size envelopes? Then told us to come back on Monday? You'd think printing and delivering cards with envelopes would be simple.

I am very satisfied with the service I get in this store. Staff is really trying to help the customers and are always polite. The 5/5 rating is for this specific office and not necessarily for the FedEx as I have had quite different experience from different stores.
