After two years training with Fitness Together I would highly recommend anyone considering joining to do so immediately.
The facilities are always spotless.The atmosphere is friendly and supportive, every team member knows your name which makes a trip to the gym inviting.The individual trainers work to tailor a workout program specific to your individual needs. Fitness Together at Tysons has been just what I wanted and needed. The training sessions are always one-on-one and in semi-private rooms. They are also personalized and regularly changed to focus on where you need and desire to strengthen. The entire staff is friendly and cheerful. All that comes together for a great way to keep in shape.

Wonderful experience at this gym. Dedicated personal training that helped me achieve recomp goals. Trainers were friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging. I appreciated the flexibility of switching to virtual sessions when I moved overseas. I highly recommend Fitness Together.

I have been attending Fitness Together workouts twice a week for over a year now. My coach is most often Jimmy and sessions are about 45”. I am impressed with the knowledge and science behind my program. I say my program because the routines are tailor made for the individual. Jimmy is attentive, highly trained, and has been working with me long enough to know my limits and he takes me to them without injury or harm. I have gotten stronger, my stamina is improved, and I just feel better since starting this program. I recommend this company for anyone wishing to exercise for improving their strength, stamina, and overall health.

When I started at FT (Tysons), I thought... three months max, then I'm out. No, I'm still here eight months later - a bit stronger, more balanced and actually excited to train.
Ahmad made it happen; he makes challenging workouts feel doable, keeps routines creative and adapts on the fly, whether its a low-energy day or a changing need. He absolutely holds me accountable (even when I don't want to be) and brings high energy and encouragement to every session.
Thanks to his guidance, I feel confident in my abilities and proud of the gains I've made. I can't recommend Ahmad highly enough.

I love training at FT in Tysons Corner. The training team is truly that - a team - with great communication and business practices, and knowledgeable trainers who make a true effort to get to know the clients. I definitely feel like their approach to designing my programs and supporting my workouts is all about my growth, safety, and success. The studios are spotless and well-maintained, with plenty of equipment to support a wide range of training techniques. Private studios where we never have to wait for equipment ensure we can go at a pace aligned with my individual energy level and motivation. My husband recently started training there as well and he loves it too.

In less than 3 months of joining FT, I feel stronger & have more energy. I have never imagined that I could lift a 70 lb weight (RDL) in such a short time. I feel stronger after each workout. The personalized program that FT has developed for me and competent trainers (all of them, particularly my regular morning trainers, Jason & Jake) make me look forward to coming to the gym.

In summer of 2024, I set a goal to get fit and improve my health. After doing site visits on a few fitness facilities, I selected Fitness Together in Tysons. I definitely made the right choice! I started my program with FT at the end of summer and I have lost over 40 pounds. I have also gotten stronger. My family and friends notice the difference!Everyone starts the program with an initial fitness assessment with retesting about every 6 weeks. Your individual program is based on your initial and ongoing assessments—for any age group or fitness level. What I really like is having a program geared to my individual fitness and health needs and getting 100% individual attention from my personal trainer for the entire time I’m there. The trainers are awesome: Jason, Jimmy, Jake, Ahmad and others. After being at FT, I would find it hard to go to another place because I have had so much improvement and such a great experience. I have never “loved” working out and do not post a lot on social media or websites but had to share my experience at Fitness Together Tysons. I love it here and plan to continue!

Thankful I found FT and have been able to build muscle, get clear on what I need to do for the results I want, and (most importantly) stay consistent due to a set weekly schedule. Working out under the guidance of their experienced trainers has been wonderful and exactly what I needed to start strong and keep progressing. Everyone is extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable, and the workouts are challenging and effective. It’s all tailored to your specific abilities and goals, including nutrition coaching. Their 6-8 week assessments are great for understanding how your body is improving and staying on track. I can’t recommend this place enough, it takes all the guesswork and stress out of trying to get as fit as you can.

I joined fitness together a little over a year and a half ago after realizing that in my 30s, I hadn't really had a lot of formal education or training on fitness or nutrition beyond high school gym classes. Because of that I'd gained weight as an adult and wasn't feeling as strong or mobile as I wanted to be.
After an initial class pack my wife and I are both on monthly plans to do guided workouts and additional workout + nutrition planning outside of that. We go in 1-2 times per week to get our butts kicked and talk about what is and isn't working with our assigned trainer, who can pull from the knowledge of an entire training staff to figure out a specific plan for you. On a monthly basis, we meet with our nutritionist to talk about our eating habits and goals in a judgment-free consultation. By all means this has resulted in a pretty decent overhaul of our habits to be doing healthier things on a regular basis.
I look better, I feel better, and I'm a lot more confident in my decisionmaking around fitness and nutrition because everyone is so willing to share their knowledge. Jake is my trainer and I've been beyond pleased with the program he has me on and the knowledge he shares, but between my wife and I we've worked with pretty much every trainer here and they're all excellent.
I would absolutely recommend fitness together for anyone who wants to learn and get better at taking care of themselves. It's been perfect for me as someone who got a little further in life than I'd maybe have wanted to before learning all of this stuff and getting in shape. 10/10 place, 10/10 people, 10/10 workouts.

Love coming here. Marion is so great at personalizing the experience and making sure you don't quit on yourself. She makes you laugh, just before she makes you cry. In a good way, of course. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
