The entire team at Fitness Together in Tyson’s Corner is terrific! Each trainer makes sure to fit individuals’ activities their clients want to participate in to their needs and lifestyles. Additionally, Fitness Together has an amazing Nutrition Coach and advisor who can work with you on a specified and regular program—which is very worthwhile . I enjoy working with all of Fitness Together’s expert clientele and give kudos to Stacy and Shannon for running their awesome studios!

It has been great working with Jason and the team at Fitness Together the past six months. As a newbie to working out and recovering from a couple injuries, I went in looking for an individualized program that would suit my needs, and I couldn't have asked for a better fit. Jason is always positive, encouraging, and knowledgeable, and so is everyone else at FT. Between training and the support you get from the nutritionist Kristina, I feel stronger, fitter, and more confident. Highly recommend!

I've been working with Donovan and Jason for 4 weeks now and it has been a life changing experience so far.I had struggled in the past to commit to a fitness routine of any kind. I was hesitant to commit to 3 days a week, and especially in the morning meaning I'd have to change my schedule too.Right away after the initial assessment with Donovan I felt very welcomed and motivated to give this a shot. Starting a routine with Donovan I appreciated not only the structure of the workouts but the way he explained the goals and how it would fit with what I am looking for.I was also nervous to be working with a different trainer 1 day a week than Donovan, but Jason has been amazing as well. I really appreciate the feedback Jason gives and how he goes out of his way to explain and answer the questions I have. He has great taste on music too!I would highly recommend the Fitness Together team and I am very grateful I came across them. Thank you!

It was great working out with the Fitness Together team. Everyone is so friendly, warm and welcoming. They made sure to work with me and help me achieve my goals. Kudos to my trainer Hannah and Jason, who made every single session a great experience! Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! Everybody is so kind and help me to reach my goal with cheerful energy. Jason is very nice. He kept encouraging me every time when we met. Hannah is caring person. She always asks me how I feel before we start. Other people also lovely. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to start working out.

A fantastic group of trainers! After a long period of treading water in terms of my fitness level, Fitness Together has helped me punch through barriers and make significant improvements to my health. The whole team is excellent, but I want to shout out Jason Ogden, who I've primarily been working with, for doing a great job designing my workouts and helping me stay motivated through them!

Fitness Together has been a transformative experience providing me just what I needed to jumpstart changes I needed to make with exercise and nutrition. The entire team and especially Donovan, my personal trainer, and Kristina, my nutrition coach, are experts at what they do. They listen to your needs and take into account how to help you move holistically to meet your goals through acting on small but effective steps that keep you progressing while motivated and energized. The communication, scheduling, facility and equipment are top-notch and totally designed for the busy, stressed, chaotic life we lead. FT is the perfect solution for anyone looking to improve and sustain their health and fitness over a lifetime.

Fitness Together (FT) is by far the best gym I’ve joined in the DMV area. I have tried other personal training programs and classes but nothing compares to FT. The staff are all extremely knowledgeable, highly qualified, motivating, and friendly. I work with David and Kristina to make personalized fitness and nutrition goals that are specific, realistic, and motivating.I’ve worked mostly with David during my time and I’ve learned so much from him. David focuses on my breathing and form during the sessions which has made my workout experience even better. Also, I’ve worked with all the trainers (Donovan, Hannah, Jason, Shannon) at FT and they are all fantastic!After just a few short months, I’ve seen so much improvement with my health both mentally and physically. If you’re thinking about trying FT, do it!

I started Fitness Together in February with the hope of improving my overall fitness. I am happy to have someone develop a personal workout for me, but I really love the fact that my nutritional health is also part of my plan. Marion, my trainer has a lot of positive energy and is very encouraging in my weekly workouts. Kristina, the nutritionist, has been helping me curb my sugar and carb cravings by suggesting food substitutes. When I email her with questions, she's gotten back to me. I've lost a few pounds and my clothes are feeling more comfortable. I'm realistic and not looking for a quick fix diet. I believe Fitness Together supports me in developing healthy habits I can sustain.

Fitness Together (FT) is an excellent center which helped me to lower my cholesterol and blood sugar quickly. Kristina who is a nutritionist played a very great role in guiding my daily nutrition which played a great role to my cholesterol and blood sugar reduction as well as my overall health. She is very knowledgeable and people with similar problems like mine would benefit a lot by working with her. My personal trainer (David) is also an excellent trainer that I have ever seen and I would like to take this opportunity to thank him for dedicating his time with my overall physical exercise which brought a lasting impact in my daily routine. I was following my own workout routine and meal planning but didn’t see the results I wanted. I knew I needed to call in reinforcements. Donovan and David have been amazing coaches that have taken the time to hear my goals and consider my feelings along the way. They emphasized mind-muscle connection to take my workout experience to the next level. They play my favorite music and know how to keep me motivated throughout the workout, especially the challenging parts.Also, on my fitness journey team is Kristina, who handles all things nutrition. She’s a great listener and really has shaped a program specifically to my needs while understanding my habits.Now, I have so much more energy! I feel stronger and more balanced. I feel more confident knowing that I’m working out correctly and consistently. I have specific goals that my coaches take very seriously and I can already see the fruit of my labor after only 6 weeks.This place has great vibes, and they really want my success story as much as I do. Even though I had some experience working out, I wish I would have joined earlier to establish a stronger foundation.

I joined Fitness Together because I needed guidance setting fitness goals and learning proper form when working out. During orientation, Shannon was the most approachable person possible. He listened to my story what brought me to seek personal training at this time, and took the time to understand me personally - what factors would make it or break it for me.During training, I had a 2x/week schedule working one day with David, and one day with Donovan. Both David and Donovan are extremely knowledgeable (recognizing how to build muscle and avoid injuries), pushed me when I needed it, and also praised me when I needed that instead. I am a big guy and hadn't worked out in a couple years, but they made me look forward to each training.Outside of training, I also got to meet with Kristina to talk about nutrition. She is equally easy to talk to, and worked with me how to make incremental choices, especially over meals I can't control (being provided lunch at work every day).The team is also really big on measuring progress, which is really motivating to have exact numbers how my body has changed. I would recommend FT, especially to anyone who wants to build their knowledge and make a more permanent fitness change.
