“Awesome place with a great staff that takes extra care of their clients. People on the spectrum are welcomed and taken care of. More importantly treated like everyone else. Follow the rules and you will have fun.”
“Mike was so helpful and offered advice. Loved to find everything I needed in one place and he showed us some of the work he's done too! As newer potters it's wonderful not to feel dwarfed in a place or judged for asking new potter questions. Very welcoming space for all levels.”
“A lovely game store with nice staff and people are always here playing various types of games throughout the week!
Bonus: open late 11pm nearly everyday!
It also sells snacks and drinks!”
“Colleen at Michael’s was fantastic! She was incredibly helpful, pleasant, and had a warm smile the whole time. Made my shopping experience so much better. Highly recommend asking for her if you need assistance!”
“Great A/C spacious play space and friendly staff.
Update 4/24: Henry handled a large buy for me and was incredibly polite as well as knowledgeable. Treated me with extreme professionalism along with setting expectations and time constraints”
“Excellent service by a friendly cute cashier who loves her work there for many years. She helped us check the compatibility of the electric candle with our LED bulb and even used her coupon so we bought four instead of one. She was blonde and wore glasses.”

“Self check out when there is a line is quite interesting...one associate scurries around helping all 5 registers of self checkout...the line gets longer, finally they call someone to help...and I buy my three items and leave...I believe those five customers are still trying to self checkout”

“I went to this store with my two young boys who have recently gotten into Pokemon. The owner was very friendly and kind. We were able to go through a huge box of bulk commons and they were thrilled with finding some unique cards. I think it was 10 cents per card for bulk commons. They also have a retro looking coin operated card vending machine too if you like the thrill of getting random cards.”

“Used to be, way back, it was really hit-or-miss on GW managers, but was really great to meet such a knowledgeable and personable employee in Nate. He's an asset to the local hobby community and Games Workshop, equally. I came in from out of town, and we chatted about all sorts of Warhammer stuff, I ended up buying a Maggotkin of Nurgle battletome I'd been eyeing at my local store, sorry Short Pump! I promise I'll be in to get paints, soon.”
“I had a wonderful experience custom framing here! Master framers Christopher F., Johanna G., and Liliana R. all helped me frame two pieces that were really important to me and did an incredible job. I highly recommend going here to custom frame ANYTHING!!!”
“This Michael's is great. Never have any issues. Been there many times and always able to get whatever I go in for. Store is clean and everyone that works there has been friendly.”
“Want to give a huge shout out to Monica from the framing and fabrics department. She was super helpful and took her time to show me options for my framing needs and I did not feel rushed. Thank you so much Monica for your help.”

“This incredibly attentive, energetic, professional, and kind young lady named Zo went above and beyond customer service by walking me to the aisle and helping me locate some items I needed. Customers gravitated to her and she helped them, as well. If she has a step-tracker, know she has many steps in when at work. She is too young to realize this, but her very hard work and customer service is making ALOT of money for Michaels!!! She is going places!!!”
