We have been seeing Dr. Conor McNeill and his staff for our cat Luna's oncology needs. They have been wonderful! We researched oncology specailists around the DMV area and saw amazing reviews about Dr. Conor and we're glad we came to him. He made a specialized care plan for our Luna and is wonderful with her! We're impressed with his care plans and specializing them for our cat with some of her special needs with the medications. The staff is also so friendly and very efficient when we come in to visit. We've only had good experiences with our visits. So far our Luna is doing better on her medications and seems to being doing well (all things considered). So glad we came here! It has been a game changer!

My dog was recently diagnosed with glaucoma and his vet referred me to Dr. Adkins. Dr. Adkins was very rude and had no empathy for my dog at all. Her technician talked to me more than she did. Anything I would suggest she turned it down. When Dr. Adkins left the room the technician was very apologetic that my dog didn't receive any type of care. The office staff was amazing and super nice as well.

I wish I'd never had to meet them but so glad they were there when I had to. My Snofie only had one visit because the cancer was too advanced by the time we caught it. A hurt leg is how we found it due to X-rays. The doctors and staff at Hope were the epitome of professional, caring, supportive, and most of all, patient with a grieving mom. They took care of everything and were prepared to help me make my fur baby's crossing as "easy" as possible. They had all kinds of treats on hand for her to try that she never could before that moment in time. They let me stay with her as long as I needed with no pressure to leave or hurry up. They were respectful of our needs and wishes. And they sent a hand-signed card in the days following with their condolences.
I hope I never have to see them again - but if any of my furkids in the future need specialists, I will willingly drive the distance again for their expertise and empathy. They were absolutely amazing in the absolute worst moment of my life. I highly recommend them if you find yourself in need.

Called the Hope Center on Saturday night with an urgent question about my pet. David was so patient and provided me with the additional insight needed to resolve the matter. Thank you Hope Center and David!

This isn't your 'normal' vet, but it is a specialty place with a 24x7 ER and various specialty clinics. Everyone is very friendly and the docs appear to know what they are doing.

Very helpful and friendly; they were able to squeeze Loki, my 4 year old Samoyed, in for an essential ultrasound at the last minute, and worked to set up everything on the phone with me as I was driving in, so that I could still make an important work meeting that afternoon. Highly recommend!

The staff here could not be more friendly. We worked with Dr. McNeill and his team, and they could not have been more professional, and acutely aware of what a difficult process this was for our family. We know our girl got the best care.
David at the emergency vet was outstanding during a very emotional time.
It is really nice to know people like this still exist in this world. We are forever grateful.

Our dog Mali was diagnosed with bone cancer this past January and we were sent to Hope Advanced for treatment. Though we are fully aware of how this will end, I think Hope has good doctors, excellent support staff, and a facility that is welcoming to both humans and pets. I know we have gotten some extra time with our pup thanks to their excellent care.

We had an emergency with our 14 year old lab and ended up rushing him to the Hope Center. The staff were amazing and Dr Pugh could not have been more professional and sympathetic. She explained what was happening and went through some options with us. Unfortunately, our lab had to be put down but we never doubted it wasn’t the right decision. They were extremely helpful and caring throughout the entire ordeal.

My dog got really sick in Feb 2024. When I called, David, helped me get my dog in. David’s kindness over the phone helped me stay optimistic during a time of fear when I didn’t know what was going on with my dog. I had taken my dog to another ER Vet who discharged him with medications with no improvement the day before. My dog just kept getting worse and I knew something was not right.
My dog was under the care of Dr. Pugh who explained everything to me. She was very patient with me and helped me understand every single detail of what was wrong with my dog and what she recommends doing and what the results are. My dog almost died, but Dr. Pugh was able to properly diagnose and provide the treatment my dog needed.
It’s been six months since and my dog is healthy as ever. As many dog parents may be able to relate, my dog is literally the heart that beats outside my chest and his imprint is in the deepest chambers of my heart.
Thank you, Hope Vet Center and Dr. Pugh and David, for saving my dog’s life and the exceptional care you provided for my dog!
