True professionals. I always felt my dog was in good hands throughout her stay. And the responsiveness to inquiries and update requests was top-notch.

Hope saved our cat's life. But it did come with a big cost. But that's okay because our cat is part of our family.

I have never written a review before but I need to write one for Dr. Pugh, who had to treat our pup urgently overnight. Immediately, she calmed us and made us feel at ease. She clearly and frequently communicated with us while we waited for the pup to be assessed and treated. The entire staff was so kind and efficient and we are forever grateful.

Don't let your pet pass away here. I appreciated the treatment and care that my pet had at Hope. But it is all overshadowed by the notice I received that his remains are on their way back to me via UPS. As I type this he is in the back of a van bouncing around with all the other packages to be delivered today. I can't think of anything less sensitive or more disrespectful to my friend of over 15 years. Shame on you Hope.

One goes to Hope Center when faced with health problem. We went there for dog oncology. The staff, nurse and doctors are great. Very attentive. So helpful to keep us informed of, and discuss the treatment plan. The space is comfortable. They have coffee and wifi.

I am deeply disappointed with the services provided by Dr. Adkins, the Veterinary Ophthalmologist at Hope Advanced Medical Center. If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. We took our beloved senior Persian Himalayan cat to her to get his left eye checked, and the experience was nothing short of disastrous.Firstly, Dr. Adkins prescribed idoxuridine for our cat's eye condition without thoroughly explaining its potential side effects or what we should expect during the treatment process. Within the second day of administering the medication, our cat's eye condition not only failed to improve but actually worsened in both eyes. It was a distressing and heartbreaking sight to see our poor cat suffer without any sign of relief. Moreover, the rumors we had heard about Dr. Adkins' poor bedside manner were unfortunately proven to be true during our visit. She appeared cold, disinterested and rushed, failing to give our pet the attention and care he deserved. It was evident that she was more focused on moving through appointments quickly rather than taking the time to address our concerns and provide thoughtful advice.Adding insult to injury, when we reached out to Dr. Adkins for assistance as our cat's condition continued to deteriorate, she was unresponsive and indifferent. It took several days for her to finally reply, and even then, her response was minimal and unsympathetic. Instead of offering any meaningful guidance or solutions, she simply suggested that we see our primary vet for a corneal ulcer evaluation. As pet owners, we trust veterinary specialists like Dr. Adkins to provide top-notch care and expert advice for our beloved animals. Unfortunately, our experience with her was far from satisfactory. Her lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and seemingly negligent treatment plan left us feeling frustrated, worried, and without any confidence in her abilities as a veterinary ophthalmologist.Since discontinuing Dr Adkin's prescription, thankfully, our cat's condition has since improved under their care. It is unfortunate that we had to endure such a distressing experience at Hope Advanced Medical Center, and we strongly advise others to exercise caution if considering Dr. Adkins as a veterinary specialist for their pets. Our furry friends deserve better than this level of care and treatment.

Our dog had to be rushed to the ER last week due to an arrhythmia. Heartbreakingly, she passed, but the Hope Center did everything they could and could not have been kinder to us and Sally. They did all the testing they could and while tragically too late, we felt we finally had answers for things that a previous ER doctor (in NY while we were out of town) had missed/looked over. Shout out to Dr. Gonzalez in particular, who we got to meet twice and who explained things to us in such a kind and understandable way, Dr. Caro, who while we never met in person, also helped Sally and spent some time with us on the phone going over her findings, and also to all their techs/front desk staff, particularly Anastasia, who comforted us in our last moments with Sally.

We had a very good experience with Hope Adv. Vet. Center. Dr's were caring and sensitive to our questions. Its a little more expensive that a normal clinic but these are specialists in their own field. Very knowledgeable. If you need a 2nd opinion on your pet disease, I would recommend this place.

Hope emergency vet clinic treats your pets experiencing an emergency crisis very well and with respect. I've needed to take two of my cats here over the years and they have received quality care while I've received great customer service, both in-person and over the phone. Whether taking your pet directly inside or using Hope's available curbside service, you can expect the same level of customer care. I hope I don't need to bring another pet here, but if I do, I know they'd be in great hands. I recommend this emergency vet clinic.

This is a great place to seek pet care. It's easy to find, there's ample parking, signage is helpful, the facility is clean and well equipped, and staff are outstanding. I've used their ER and ophthalmology services. I will return again if necessary and encourage others to use their services.

Wow were they fantastic! I brought my dog in late on a Friday night for an emergency. I've never met such great front desk, vet tech, and veterinary staff before! Conscientious, super nice, and thorough. I couldn't have asked for better. Even the follow-up to an email the next day was prompt and nice.Yes, emergency vet visits are expensive, and you should expect a wait. That's the way it goes everywhere. But get pet insurance, and then go here if your pet needs help.PS - my dog is fine now :)

Highly recommend. They made a very difficult situation as comforting as possible. When our cat suddenly became sick, their providers and techs show incredible care and compassion and fit her in immediately. When I arrived, a room was waiting for us. The doctor explained our cat’s health in detail and prognosis while giving the best possible advice.Thank you for your compassion and care.

I mistakenly brought my dog here a couple months ago and had to deal with several clueless people, including a woman named Jasmine who couldn’t correctly ring up an invoice, make an appointment, or send an email to the right address for my invoice. At one point I was told to call back tomorrow, since she didn’t know how to help me make an appointment. The vet himself - Dr. Martinez - had no clue what the policies are at this clinic (e.g., medications must be bottled in their original packaging) and will routinely forget to give you your meds back, even if you’ve purchased them from the clinic. Nobody will send you updates on your pet until the very last minute or you call them yourself, and even then, they won’t explain what any of their findings mean, so the visit was pretty much worthless. They obviously cared more about the money than my poor sick dog by the way they begged to have her stay overnight to be a priority patient for her procedure in the morning. I even tried to take her out of their care and they guilted me into having her stay! They billed me for a lot of unnecessary procedures but didn’t tell me what they were until after I’d already been charged on my card, including thoracic X-rays that I had previously told them I did NOT consent to. Then, after that was billed correctly, they charged me for the X-rays the next day of her stay again!! And Dr. Martinez tried to say “oh, they agreed to that yesterday.” ?! These people had no clue what was going on, and any attempt I made to speak to a different doctor or receptionist was met with hesitation, eye rolls, and sighs. Also, the vet tech said I needed Royal Canine prescription food even though I use Hill’s prescription food, and they can’t say why Royal Canine is better?? All of this on top of the fact that nobody communicates with each other here and nobody reviewed my dog’s records from her regular vet, so I was repeating all of her information to multiple people and nobody had any idea what was going on with my dog. Don’t come here. VCA Southpaws is your best bet for emergency care for your babies, and they will allow you to see your pet on overnight/extended hospital stays, unlike Hope.

The final result for our pet was fine. This two star review is for Dr. Christine Caro. Pet was dropped off with a life threatening issue. They took our dog back and a person later contacted us from the office to go over fees and the treatment that Dr. Caro was recommending. I approved the treatment but also wanted to discuss the treatment with Dr. Caro. I was told she was busy but would get back to me shortly. She never did so I called back a few hours later. Apparently she was still busy, but the person on the phone offered to relay messages to Dr. Caro and call me back with Dr. Caro's response. I said I would rather speak to the doctor that was treating our dog. I was told the doctor would call me back when she was free. A few more hours passed and no phone call. I called a few more times and was told each time she was busy. In fact, later our dog was picked up and were still told she did not have time to talk to, but I were assured she would call back the next day to answer questions. That never happened either. Just to summarize. We drop off our dog that had eaten something that could kill it. Our dog is treated, released and paid for and I never once got to have a conversation with the doctor that treated our dog. No discussion of long term effects, what the dog was a treated with, or any follow up care. It appears that each time you call this clinic and ask to speak to the Dr. the line that the front desk will give you is that the doctor just started a procedure and will get back to you later. Since I never spoke to Dr. Caro I can't even say for certain that she actually saw our pet or is a real person. It could have just been the tech doing the treatment for all I know.

The stars given is on the basis of the fees and transparency of charges. Initially they quoted us 3000 dollars for the treatment and they said they will be keeping the cat with them for 48 hours. We said we don’t want to do that, so they came with suggestions to just do basic blood test and quoted 307 dollars we accepted that. Then when it came the time to receive the cat they brought and invoice of about 600 dollars. Why don’t you just be transparent. Why you keeping changing and not stick to what you say.
