Nice office but the electronics, such as using the wall mounted monitors, are almost impossible to use. The staff was not even there to help fix the problem. We were unable to display our power point or our processes. This has happened on numerous occasions.

I love Intelligent Office. Yesterday we participated in their business expo and it was a huge success for us. We made lots of connections and received lots of good information. Their space is newly updated and beautiful and very high tech. We’ve done events through them as well and everything has always been top-notch we highly recommend and look forward to using them again in the future

This office space is so cool! They have all the top notch amenities that make for a great and fun working space. I really enjoy coming here everyday! They offer a lot of admin support services as well which is really helpful for scaling your new business (if you ever need it). And the staff is absolutely phenomenal. They all have great attitudes and a willingness to help.If you ever need to host a large event, everything is in place for that as well! Large conference rooms, kitchens, CO-LOACTED FREE PARKING.There are lots of places to walk and get lunch everyday as well.Conveniently located right off of 495 I can get in and out of here everyday. This saves me time - about 20 minutes per day (10 in the morning and 10 in the evening), compared to my last office location.I like it!

If you are starting the brave and tedious journey of forming your own business or just looking for a strategic,welcoming, cost effective option for your company's expansion, come to Intelligent office in Tysons Corner. Between the supportive, kind-hearted staff (who have literally become our 2nd family), relaxed environment and go-getter atmosphere there is no better place to start. They are exceptionally accommodating, offering affordable rates for workspace, conference rooms, event hosting events, phone/mails service, scheduling and so much more. I'm sure the other IO locations are great but as far as Tysons IO is concerned we are here to stay. My family even opened up an office here following my arrival. Perfect place to be!

Recommended by a friend but it is really nice place , We got our office in very in a good deal and very friendly negotiated rent ,work environment is the best with easy access to stores, restaurants, Tyson mall and other location in Northern VAManagements and front disk team are fantastic , they are very friendly and always smiling to welcome you ,complementary tea and coffee in kitchen open 24 hours to welcome you and your guestI loved

I have been with Intelligent Office for a really long time. From the beginning when I just had an address from them to renting my first office and then my second office, and then finally outgrowing the space so I moved into my own office but they still answer my phones. I still do a lot of their networking events and lunch and learns. Even when I moved out of their office, they cheered me on. They still cheer me on and help in every way possible. This is a great group of people that offers very valuable services. You will never be just a number to them. Your successes is their success and they show that in every way, every day. my business and my life change for the better when I walk through that door and I would recommend them 1000 times over. To answer the complaints above I will just say this, for somebody to not expect rates to go up over the years it's just d**** It's bad business. 40 bucks over "years" is not a lot. My rent goes up every year where I am now. Sara was the manager and she was terrible at her job. You can probably tell by her response above how unprofessional she is but she is gone now and the girls that work there have really turned that office around and I've addressed all of the issues above. I always get prompt answers. I always know about my phone calls and messages and anything that comes through their office I know about. The trick is setting up a reliable system and that's really on you. For instance, the girls know that if they get a certain call, they take a message and send it to my email. Other calls they know to connect to me right away. And yet other calls they don't even bother me because they know how to answer based on a script that I gave them.

I had a great experience with Jonathan in 2020 who really made me feel like my business was important to him. He found the right fit for me and I really appreciated his efforts. Front-desk staff are always super friendly and accommodating, professional and deserving of my best recommendation.However, my business address renewal was coming up in November of '21 so I contacted them two months in advance, knowing that Jonathan was no longer with the company, to ensure that we could discuss the terms and get it straightened out ahead of time. It's now the first week of February '22 and I still can't get someone to get me a contract and an invoice to pay. The last five months I've had to email and call repeatedly. I set up meeting times to meet with their staff and they blew me off without an apology. I'm really disappointed that Jonathan left and I can't understand why the current staff is unable to manage what feels to me to be the normal process of their business. Next year I won't be renewing my contract.

Intelligent Office @ Tysons is conveniently located within drivable distance from DC. It has easy access with spacious garage and is fully secure. The offices are impeccably clean, the furniture is ergonomically appealing and the utilities are top notch. The AV system and videoconferencing rooms are outstanding in terms of quality & utility. The added touch of a fully stocked snack bar as well as the coffee bar/dining or area is highly conducive for effective socialization. All in all, an A-1 facility for professionals who are looking to conduct their activities in a motivational yet relaxing ambience.
