Never seems to have muriatic acid in stock. Maybe at beginning of season, when it opens? But didnt have it 3 weeks ago. Still doesnt have it. Cant get it transferred to the store from other stores that have it. Leslies need to get its supply chain system together. Some stores have surplus. Other stores (this and Chantilly) never seem to have. Live in Vienna? tough luck if you need M.U.

As first time pool owner this store is welcoming at best. Friendly staff is ready to guide you on your pool adventure with pro tips to keep the pool maintenance up and enjoy managing your own pool. I must say Randy is super helpful always provide clear advice on problem areas. I was able to balance my pool chemical levels just by providing the store a sample and they had me take chemicals to fix the problem. I also took the pool school to know more about my pool which was super helpful.

Took my Polaris vacuums to see if they can fix, they refused to look at it while Leslie pools of Chantilly fixed it for free

Leslie’s pool in Vienna have been extremely accommodating every time I need help with my pool concerns. Randy is very knowledgeable in the chemistry aspect of how to treat our pool amd always there. Does he ever take a day off? Thank you Randy for all that you do. Caroline , a new member to the team , is a fantastic addition. She never has once failed to acknowledge me by name and is always kind and courteous, and for that I’m much appreciated of having Leslie’s team helpme with the services they offer.

This is a review of the pool service component of Leslie's. While we have had fine engagements in the store purchasing products in the past, I cannot say that I've had the same experience with the pool service element. I've only left positive Yelp reviews for businesses as I believe in being positive on this app but my experience with Leslie's pool service warrants this negative review. Earlier in the spring we ran into an issue of a hose breaking and we called for service and we were told the wait for getting a tech to out house was two weeks which we were able to understand as we are coming out of a pandemic and everyone was opening their pools. After needing to reschedule one appointment due to a sick tech, which we completely understood, our tech arrived and fixed the hose. We did ask about our pump which had been making occasional noises but he said it looked good. This was a pump we had bought from Leslie's 2 years ago. Fast forward three weeks after that visit and our pump quit working entirely. We called for an appointment and were told the best we could do was wait 17 days for a tech to come to our house. We understand again what we are coming out of and there's a demand out there but it was a bit of a letdown to realize that in a part of the country where you only get a little over 3 months to enjoy your pool, we will have spent a month without as we wait for service. But we would patiently wait until our turn and then enjoy the pool. Then on the day of our scheduled service, an hour before the close of our service window we receive word that our tech was sick and we were being rescheduled for another week out. That did not seem reasonable to us. While we of course understand that people get sick we did not understand why we would have to wait another week. We should be accommodated to an earlier date because we had patiently waited 17 days already. I can understand that if we had cancelled that we would be thrown back in the queue and we would deserve it. But we did not cancel so I could not understand why we needed to be tossed in the back of the queue. After some back and forth on the phone, a dispatcher finally relented and scheduled us for the morning of the next weekday. And that weekday came and an hour before the close of our service window we receive word that our tech was sick and we are being rescheduled 2 days out. This now seemed unreasonable because we had already waited 19 days for a tech and I did not understand why we were not being afforded an earlier time the next day. I called Leslie's customer service where I encountered one of my worst experiences in working with a customer service representative and I used to do that work for a living. The representative refused to escalate the call to a manager. He insisted this was the best they could do and we are lucky that they were doing us a favor as the current dispatch time now has a 3 week wait. In a way it felt like he was telling me that we take this time or else. It had the feeling of a threat that if I didn't agree that we'd wait longer. He said that they were a National company and would not accommodate one person. He said I lacked humanity because I was not understanding that someone was sick. This was despite multiple assurances I provided that we understand completely that people get sick and that's not the issue. The issue is how they handle rescheduling appointments. We were not asking for special treatment but simply fair treatment. It did not seem fair to wait even longer and after 3 cancellations. We would be justified for having doubts that we wouldn't be cancelled on once again. I noted that we are upset because we now have had 3 cancellations this summer from a Leslie's tech and over a month of downtime without a pool. The representative then said a pool was a "luxury" so I should focus on what is real. If we wanted a pool we should find a local pool in the meanwhile. Yes, this was actually said by someone working for a pool company... The point is not about wh
