I got lucky and there was no line. I think my car was done in less than a 30 minutes. The people at the Vienna Jiffy Lube are always friendly and super helpful. Period I don’t feel like they are pushy, but they give me good advice. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube.

This was my first time visiting jiffy lube on Maple avenue. Kevin greeted me and was so helpful and courteous. He immediately helped me. Definitely recommend this location. Great customer service.

Overall they did a great job from the very start with greeting me as soon as I pulled up. Asked questions. Explained everything and was upfront about pricing. They did an excellent job changing my oil, fixing my taillight, vaccuming the inside of the car, and cleaning the windows. And when my battery died right there in the bey they tested it in front of me and changed it quickly. So when I got on the road to come to NY I felt incredibly confident.

Extremely positive experience with Chris, Jessie, Jo, and the rest of the team over the last few years getting routine maintenance completed (oil changes, tire rotation, brake fluid, radiator fluid, etc). Transparent pricing and great service. Highly recommend.

This is the first time I've used Jiffy Lube on Maple Ave in Vienna and it was a great experience. Frances greeted me and explained everything. You see, my husband just passed away and this is the first time I've handled car maintenance. Anyway, Jimmy took good care of my car needs. He was very honest and explained everything. visited on April 21st, I requested fully synthetic oil change. When I start driving my car makes me feel like very heavy accelerator , it never happens before. Also they gave me next oil change range 4000 miles , it should be 6000 miles either way fully synthetic oil.
Customer service is very good.
