Jonna Wooten has been my agent for many years, and she’s always been wonderful to work with. Recently, I was in a car accident, and navigating the process was not easy for me. I had two separate issues come up, and both times Jonna was there to help.
The first time, I left her a message after hours — and I’m pretty sure I was her very first call the next morning 😊. Each time I reached out, she took the time to explain the process clearly, and by the end of the day, both issues were completely resolved. She truly goes above and beyond for her customers.

I am a 71 year old safe driver with only three minor tickets in the last 4 years I was with Allstate for several years they started me at at about $100 a month and now in July 2025 my policy has gone up to $149.44. I called my homeowner's insurance State Farm the best combine Auto and home my monthly payment was only $118 for my auto my home insurance dropped the two combined came to just over $200 a month. I am not AI and this is a true story State Farm came to the rescue save my disabled husband and I over $100 a month their customer service and agents are Beyond reproach amiable and thorough with personality Plus thank you Bianca and Vladimir who I thought was all state customer service because after I combined my policies with State Farm I called Allstate back and poor Vladimir got an earful cuz I thought he was the Allstate customer service so I asked Emma how I did and he said I did pretty good but he was glad I really wasn't the one yelling at him! Thanks State Farm for the bottom of two senior citizens heart!

Jonna Wooten State Farm Agency is very helpful. Blanca helped me to get excellent rate with State Farm. I was paying lot more and she brought down the price and it saved me a lot. I bundled both house and cars and saved more. She is pleasant, intelligent, knowledgeable, funny and friendly. I recommend this agency for Auto and Homeowners Insurance.
