Excellent purchasing experience with Koons. My rep was knowledgeable of the whole fleet we looked at. Had some obscure tech questions about different features and he was able to answer or find the answer to them quickly.Team was fast with paperwork and financing.

The fact that what I said was taken into consideration and everyone was patient enough to explain different factors to me as they worked diligently to diagnose my car made this an outstanding experience. When I explained that I would have to renew my rental, I felt like the service workers took that into account rather than brushing me off. They were very caring and courteous, which is hard to come by these days. From now on, as long as I live in the DMV area, I plan on going to this dealer for service and future purchases.

DO NOT GO HERE!! They have two different prices and can't give you an example as to why there is a Koons price and or your price. I did everything online to speed the process when I get to the dealership. When I got the the pricing break down I called and spoke to the General Manager Jesus and he couldn't even explain what the difference was. They don't honor the pricing and can't explain it either.... DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! GO ANY WHERE ELSE

Our salesman Abdel was the greatest - low pressure, knowledgeable about the product and extremely helpful. We made the purchase on a Friday evening and everyone was tired but he could not have been more accommodating - he even helped me remove a roof rack from my trade in that needed some specialty tools in the cold and dark at 9pm. The sales manager and the finance manager were also terrific - encouraged us to purchase extra products but were not high pressure and were very polite. I had a great experience. I had never purchased a Chevrolet or been to Koons before, but based on my experience would not hesitate to do it again.

Early this year I ordered a new Chevrolet Suburban. When it arrived it was not optioned correctly. They claimed it was the manufacturer that delivered the wrong product. They offered me a $1,000 discount since it wasn't what I had ordered. I opted not to go that route only to find they offered it for sale with a $2,000 discount. I asked if I could place another order for the correct vehicle and they claimed they were only taking orders for 2024 models. Turned out that wasn't accurate, other dealerships were taking orders. Frustrated, I ordered a GMC Yukon from a dealership 30 miles away. Sadly, after 3 weeks it apparently has a problem with the software on the infotainment system. I called the Koons service department but they didn't care to service the vehicle - 3 weeks old, fully under warranty. Clearly, my efforts to spend money at that dealership are unwanted. I suggest people interested in a Chevrolet, Buick or GMC look elsewhere. For that matter I will never visit a Koons dealership....ever. Sincerely,Rick Olson

Took almost three weeks and my car came back with a new crack in the windshield and only some of the body work finished. Not worth the money or time!Took my car into a windshield repair shop and they said someone already tried to patch it so they can't help. Koons will break your car and try to take advantage of you!

We had the pleasure of working with Sam as our Salesman. He was down to earth, real and relatable. He was informative about the car we chose to buy. He was ready to make a deal but also not pushy, which we appreciated. We had walked out of several other dealerships that day expecting to probably walk out of Koons Chevrolet as well but Sam made the difference and we bought our car. We worked with Brandon for finance. Also super informative and wise beyond his years as far as finance goes. He worked diligently to get the financing that I had to have. Our whole experience was really great! I have nothing negative to comment at all. I can’t think of one thing that anyone could have done differently or better. Best experience at a dealership that I have ever had!

Overall wonderful experience buying my new SUV a Koons Tysons, Chevrolet/Buick/GMC.Selvin helped me through the buying process. He was very honest and genuine which is great when buying a new car. He understood what I wanted in my car and help to find it for me. When walking into the dealership, one phrase comes to mind: “No pressure”.Thanks to the entire staff for making my experience easy and well worthwhile.

On Saturday, July 8, 2024 I went to this dealership to purchase a 2024 GMC Sierra Denali Ultimate. At that time, I met with a young salesman who assisted me with a test drive. Shortly thereafter, I discovered that they wanted 15k over sticker and I negotiated to buy it at MSRP.On Friday, August 4, 2024 I noticed a few issues with the truck. The stereo system in the tailgate would begin playing on its own. I began smelling something burning underneath the hood. At which time, I went underneath the truck and noticed oil dripping within the area of the oil pan. My wife is anemic and noticed that the heated seats weren’t working.On Saturday, August 5, 2024 I took my truck back to this dealership to be evaluated and fixed by a technician. On Monday, August 7, 2024 Carlos ( GMC/Service Writer) contacted me about my vehicle and tried to rush me off the phone as I tried to articulate the issue with my truck. He advised that he was going to close the ticket out, due to him not finding any leak and the modules not being in stock. I advised him to have the technician check the truck again and to conduct another test drive.A few days later Carlos, called me and stated they found a a leak underneath the car from the rack and pinion system. Carlos stated that they’ve ordered the part but the part will take five days to reach the dealership. He also stated that the modules for the heated seats should arrive within a few days as well, the parts came in for the vehicle and the technician noticed that the heated seats were still not working at this point. The technician contacted GM Tech line and they advised him to replace the actual unit on the dash.However, Carlos stated that the unit is on back order and he cannot give a deadline when the part will arrive. At this point, I requested that this that this dealership swap out my vehicle. But the sales manager refused to do so and offered me 20,000 less than what my vehicle was worth now keep in mind my vehicle is less than one month old. The sales manager pretty much stated that I need to take my issues up with the manufacturer, and they are only responsible for selling vehicles.

They sold me a new truck that had been damaged, repaired and repainted and never disclosed it to me. Once I found out they said they would take care of it and now they refuse to answer my calls and e-mails.I have called 3 times in the last 2 day, had to leave a message all three times and have yet to get e response.

Not a great experience with the body shop. I used them before when Joe was managing it and the work was flawless, customer service was excellent. Now they don't answer their phone, don't respond to emails, and they don't call anyone back. They gave my car back to me with overspray on all the windows and windshield, the doors and the hood. Little dings and dents in the paint everywhere they worked. Still waiting to hear back from them.

I was met immediately on arrival, checked in, and had the work to be done fully explained. The Service team talked to me about other services, like wiper blades, but zero pressure.Car had the 15k service done quickly then had the software update applied. The dealer fast-charged my car when the service was done to make sure it was topped off.Excellent service, great communications throughout. And a comfortable lounge to hang out in and get some work done. Really well done.

I made the drive up from Lynchburg and was very impressed with the customer service from start to finish. I WILL make the drive in the future as I become a loyal customer of Koons! Thank you Bill and the finance dept!
