Thanks to outstanding attention to detail, professionalism, and tenacity, my experience has been nothing short of superior.
Their commitment to ensuring that my vehicle received the highest level of care has made a lasting impression on me. It is rare to encounter a team, let alone a person with such dedication to customer satisfaction, and because of his efforts. I recommend to both purchase and service your vehicle at Land Rover Tysons Corner.

Update: After I left my review, the customer service team requested I follow-up with them, which I did via the provided email. They never wrote back - no surprise. Go somewhere else.
Very poor experience today with the service department. I dropped my vehicle off before 8am for a 20k service. I was told it would be done by 'early afternoon'. Once it hit 4pm, I started calling and emailing the service department. I couldn't reach my assigned specialist after many tries, and when I reached other people, they couldn't tell me the status of my vehicle. I never received a call back. Finally, when I made it back to the dealership at the end of the day and went to pay the invoice, I learned that my vehicle hadn't actually been taken on a road test - even though it stated that in the invoice I paid (unethical behavior), and they wrote on their order sheet that the vehicle was promised by 10pm (a lie).
I came to this dealership even though I purchased my vehicle at a different dealership based on a recommendation from a friend. Yes they apologized, but so much could have been better about this experience. Such a disappointment. Suggest going elsewhere.

Do not go here for service unless you are willing to wait 7 hours for your annual service and rude customer service in the service department.

Bought our first Range Rover Rosenthal Land Rover in 2012. We ended up trading it in for a 2015. We went back to Rosenthal solely because we had such a positive experience with our salesman Andy Moshrefi. He doesn't talk too much, but rather, listens to what we want. My neighbors have bought through him as well!
If you are in the market, I highly recommend speaking to Andy.

I had a seamless car buying process. I had no regrets after dealing with Albert from sales and Hector from finance. I will definitely do it again.

My experience was just mediocre. When purchasing a luxury car, one would expect to receive red carpet service. I must say, that I did not receive this. The sales associate did not put in much effort (even though I knew exactly what I wanted). After my purchase, I thought it would have been a nice touch to have received a phone call asking me did I have any concerns and was I enjoying my new purchase, yet I received nothing.

Sadly one of the worst service experiences I have had in recent memory. Due to moving, this is now the third JLR dealer I have had a service relationship with, and it has been by far the worst. Communication has been miserable and there seems to be little quality control on the service work being done. I took my vehicle for a regular service, and at the same time needed the windshield replaced due to a rock chip/crack. The service was done, and the windshield was put on order. I was told I would receive a call when it was in. A week later, I had received no call, so I decided to call. Service rep said, 'oh ya, the windshield came in last week.' Strike one on communication. Also in the period waiting for the windshield to arrive, I noticed a rubbing/grinding sound on the front tire as I turned hard (this only started after I picked up my car from the service appointment). I asked this to be looked at when brought the car in for the windshield. When I returned for the windshield and wheel re-look, I was told I would receive a call when the car was done later that day. Finally at 6pm, no call, so I called. I was told the car was done and I could come get it. Strike two on communication. The service rep told me the rubbing was caused by the wheel well lining missing an attachment part....strike one on quality control not catching this from the previous service work. As I drove the car home, I noticed significant wind buffing coming from the windshield, and as I turned into a parking spot, the front tire was STILL rubbing. I got out and noticed the weather stripping on top of the windshield was not seated, and one of the trim pieces on the A-pillar next to the windshield was popped half off. Another two strike on quality control of their work. I now have to make yet another trip in to get these issues fixed, all caused by shoddy workmanship during the previous two service appointments. This dealer needs to do better.
UPDATE: turns out the wind noise wasn't just the weather stripping. It was the A-pillar trim that was not reinstalled correctly from the windshield repair, which just popped off at highway speed in the middle of 495, causing further damage to the sideview mirror and almost causing an accident. I've never had poor quality service work actually cause a safety issue, but that's what I'm getting from this dealer so far.
