I'm frustrated with the changes the new so called CEO (foolish man ) has made at Lyft. The bonuses, even those at the airport during busy times, have been removed. They've also done away with ride challenges. It's become too much for me, so I’ll be quitting. .. just ridiculous. I've been declining lot of rides, due to the unfairness of these new changes. Unfortunately, the people who are most impacted are the passengers. But it seems like corporate America doesn't care at all about these repercussions.

12/19/22 your app said arrival time of 6:54, and if I pay 3.09 more I'd get there even earlier--then I get assigned a driver with arrival time 7:08--big difference!!!! Because I'm going to be late I have to cancel AND get charged 10 dollars???! DOES NOT COMPUTE!!!Tell your drivers to wear a mask!!!!!!!!Received a message called "you've received feedback" implicating I did not ride respectfully or fairly in Lyft cars. This is not well-received at all. I've had Lyft drivers blast their music and refuse to turn it down after being asked. I've had countless Lyft drivers not read my messages to not follow the GPS but rather follow my instructions that will CORRECTLY get them to my address. I've had Lyft drivers not wear a mask but have Lyft messages saying I'm required to wear a mask to receive a ride. I received an alert from DC government stating I was exposed to COVID after a Lyft ride. I had a Lyft driver inappropriately ask me if I'm going to work as if I need to tell him where I am going--the address is pre-defined. I share all this to say, fix your company and the behaviors of your drivers and if you give feedback, be specific and don't try to make me feel worse for accepting a service that leaves more to be desired.A driver pressed for information about if I live at my destination. Tell your drivers to stop this. It's inappropriate. I'll sue if it continues along with your baseless suspension threats.

I’m usually heavy on Lyft complaints, but there’s no denying their mobile vehicle maintenance service is a huge winner. The price competitive but the convenience factor is this absolutely amazing. Michael, my tech, was there right on time for the appointment (which is more than I can say for the “between 2-4 PM” Verizon fiOS tech I’m waiting for right now at 4pm). Less than an hour later, he was gone and it was done. The icing on the cake was my Lyft “boost” on cashapp saved me 6% on the bill because the Lyft system charges for the work as “Lyft” ????Probably because of poor planning or unexpected associated costs, most “good things” that have been introduced by Lyft have eventually ended up going away but hopefully that won’t be the case with mobile maintenance. If they need to modify/enhance this business to gain profitability, I hope it will still serve drivers well. Based on my experience today, I would never take my vehicle to a shop for oil change, tire rotation, or other general maintenance again.

Having a mechanic come to you to fix your car and cheaper is way better than my old habits. I have three vehicles and they knocked both cars out the way without having to wait in line or anything. Friendly and will work with you! Officially, these guys are my permanent mechanics ?Services: Tires

I am in awe. Lyft provides a mobile service for its drivers. When Kyle, Chris and Jason came to my home, they were professional and personable to the service needed for my vehicle. It took up to one hour and a complete diagnostic was done and test drove my vehicle after the work was completed.This is why I made the right choice to become a driver for Lyft. This was exactly what I needed in my line of work! Time is money and I was dreading having to go to a prescribed place and possibly have to wait for hours for the scheduled maintenance! Tech performed the service right in front of my home took him all of about 30-45 minutes! Technician was very professional, courteous and through!!! Left a good feeling with me by having a Lyft Rental as opposed to using my own vehicle!Services: Tires

Chris was great, super attentive, kind and did everything in a timely manner. Great customer service. Made it SUPER easy for me. I was a little skeptical of using a mobile service but after using this amazing company my doubts are completely dissuaded.
