I’ve had the worst experience with this dealership time and time again! My car has been in the service department for nearly 3 weeks with little communication! The part needed is on back order for God knows how long. After some back & forth they sent me to Enterprise for a loaner yet won’t cover the cost to get me into a car comparable to my vehicle! I sat in Enterprise for over 4hrs while Maserati & Enterprise went back & forth on what they won’t cover!!!!!I don’t recommend this place & in fact I don’t even want a Maserati any longer! This has been the worst experience I have ever dealt with at any dealership! This is totally unacceptable!! Manager did absolutely nothing to help with the situation!

Andrew and Mason at the service department went above and beyond when I went there for my pre-purchase inspection. They provided exceptional customer service and were extremely polite. When I went to go pickup my car the next day, I took my mechanic with me and Drew was extremely polite to him too and helped explain all his findings in the most thorough way possible! I’ve been to that service center before for my previous Maserati, but this experience was the best! Thank you!

The professionalism and attention from my advisor, Diamond, was very impressive. He and the other advisors were very friendly and keep me up to date on the status of my vehicle. I was also pleased to see the upgraded customer lounge.

Been taking my car to Maserati of Tyson’s for years. The service staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They do a fantastic job of keeping you up to date on service progress and offer prompt, accurate service.

Driving in to get your Maserati is always a bit of nerve inducing experience…but the folks at Safford - Maserati of Tysons Service are fantastic. They always provide an estimate, call me to walk through it, and respect my time, in terms of decision, making and putting off things that aren’t immediately required. I.e. They engage me in conversation versus just assuming I don’t have the capacity to know what they’re talking about. Thank you!!!

This place is amazing! I live in Maryland and have had a Maserati for 5 years and wanted to give Tyson’s Maserati a try for once. I couldn’t be happier by the customer service. Terrell at service was AMAZING. The techs were extremely honest and helpful. Will be only taking my Maserati here from here on out. Thanks team!

Crazy. I had to work so hard to get a particular part from them, then work again to have the part transferred to their body shop for paint. When I arrived I was rudely bounced from three different sections of the store until I found the third cashier who was also rude. They took my car to the back and the guy they asked to do a courtesy install of the part complained that he would need a tool. The guy that drove my car back to the parking lot 100 from the "install" then left grease all over multiple parts of the interior. Did I mention the color doesn't match? I wish I didn't love this car so much because the dealership just isn't worth it.

Mason and Terrill are good people. They answer questions and inform when too busy to align expectations in timing and issues. They offer a fair price compared to other mAz dealers. They will work with you to match other repair shops. I saved a decent coin.

I recently purchased a Maserati Grecale from this dealership and it was an outstanding experience! Nicholas Forristall went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He was knowledgeable, friendly and made the process seamless. The dealership has a great selection of luxury vehicles and the customer service is top-notch. I beg of you, if you are a person of color please do not buy a car from here or get service from here! I have spent thousands of dollar here only for my husband and I to be treated like like dogs in the street. I have been berated over the phone and hung up on several times only to get to the the service department and have the police called on for trespassing. All because I challenged the damage that they continuously continue to do to my vehicle and not notify me. I purchased a used vehicle fresh off lease still under warranty when my vehicle went into them both my side mirrors worked perfectly when they finished the work and i drove home I noticed that my passenger side vehicle was stuck and would not turn in. I called and let them know and they stated they promised to take a look at it when i came back. I know my mirrors were fine b/c I drove the car directly to them after purchasing the vehicle in NJ to get a full inspection done on the car and the mirror was not on my list of internal or external issues that needed repair. I paid for everything not covered under the Maserati warranty that was recommended. I have 2 other vehicles this is not my main car. I ended up needing an oil change a few months later. I reminded the shop that they agreed to look at my mirror only to receive a diagnostic that the mirror was glued. If it was glued then who glued it b/c it wasn't glued when I gave to y'all. They also acted as if the mirror was gone when I came to pick it up only for me to read later on the diagnosis that it was glued. This same service visit I brought my car in for the oil change I had a full level of all fluids prior to bringing it in. Only to receive my car back with no windshield fluid..you know why b/c they cracked the reservoir and planned to never tell me. I only found out b/c my husband went to add fluid and it all fell to the ground so he called and asked to immediate speak with someone and it was noted in the system but they never planned to tell us. They beat black people out of there money and break stuff on our cars to make us pay for it later. I wonder if they do non-people of color the same way! They way they treated my husband and I like trash I will campaign and advocate until I have everyone that disrespected me at that dealership reprimanded. Do not give these ppl your money!!! Especially if you're black you will end up paying wayyy more b/c they Will purposely break stuff on your car and when you call them out IF YOU ARE BLACK THEY WILL CALL THE POLICE ON YOU AND PROFILE YOU!! This is in Virginia the commonwealth and they will get away with it! They expect US to be black stupid and uneducated and to be soo scared about repercussions that we won't question the racism!! Please go somewhere else!!
