I had a Lovely experience with the purchase of my vehicle. From the time I inquired and got an immediate response to arriving at the showroom. My sales consultant was Yuliya. She was very knowledgeable, pleasant, very attentive to what I was looking for and was such a pleasure to work with. She listened to my wants and needs, and really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Wisdom, the Manager, was also very pleasant to work with. No nonsense and genuine. I would not hesitate to recommend Mercedes-Benz Tyson's Corner to anybody looking for a vehicle. Ask for Yulina!

During the time I spent carefully viewing each new Mercedes in the showroom, not one salesman spoke to me, or even acknowledged my presence. How does this dealership ever sell a car?!! Are they ashamed of the brand? No "hello" = no Star. (I had to reluctantly use one star to get the review posted)

I have had phenomenal experiences at Mercedes Benz of Tysons Corner! My sales consultant Trivan Anand went above and beyond to get me into the exact SUV I wanted at the best price I could find. The service department has been extremely attentive to every situation I have needed them!!I live in Pennsylvania but purchase and get service at this dealership because of the amazing treatment extended to me each and every time I needed it . Thank you Jason for leading this dealership to be the very best I have ever experienced!!Jan Srock

Update: the manager, Wisdom, and the salesperson, Jose, responded within 24 hours after I posted my original review and addressed my concerns. Now I'm 100% satisfied. I deleted my old review because my concerns are no longer relevant. For anyone who wants to purchase a Mercedes, based on my experience today, you won't regret it! Ask for Jose Garcia. He rocks!

Customer service in this service center has deteriorated quite a bit. I've been going there since 2018. I recently had a number of issues when I took my 2020 GLC there for service. First there is little attention to you when you actually pull up into the service center, then a long story on the problem I had but main take away was just really poor customer service. Terrible communication. I think the service here is hit or miss depending on who you get for your service advisor. I've also used MB of Arlington in the past..never had any issues there. I will be going there for my future benz needs from now on.

Terrible, unprofessional and just beyond rude! My experience 2 days in a row at the Tysons Corner Mercedes dealership. Lies and damaged property. When I called to speak to someone, the receptionist actually said "Really, you called on the busiest day. Call back next week. We only have 1 manager here today" WOW, way to treat an existing customer.

I’ve had my 3 E-Class cars serviced here for both warranty and out-of-warranty service. They’ve been very good with service whether I have an appointment or not. However, this last time, I came in for an aux battery replacement, but they didn’t quote me the labor, and I forgot to ask. Maybe I didn’t have enough coffee, but they should’ve quoted me the labor. To replace the aux battery, I was charged 1.5 hrs lbr, which is absurd. This is a 5-minute job for a DIY. Even with all the crap I had in the boot, it shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes. I had to wait over an hour and they managed to ding my left quarter panel. They did take care of this, but I had to bring the car back a week later, which burned another 1.5 hrs of my time. Bottom line is always ask for a quote first. MB-Tysons service is good and they do take care of the customer.

I will not be coming back here. In the future I will go to MB of Arlington. At the Tyson dealership, their priority is not with the customer. When I came in to have an application for the MB high mileage award verified before sending to corporate, the manager became evasive and put very little effort into meeting my needs. After connecting the manager with a representative from corporate who could answer any questions he had, he still continued to make excuses and failed to provide any definitive answers or explanations. I ended up wasting about an hour and a half mostly just sitting in the waiting area.Mercedes Benz of Arlington helped verify my application I was out the door in under 5 minutes.

This review is for service only. They are fine until your car is out of warranty but after that they will run up huge repair bills and recommended services that you don't really need or don't need at that time. Do yourself a favor and call other MB dealers to find out prices for services b/c Tysons will overcharge you if you don't do your homework. I luckily found out in time to avoid being taken advantage of again and saved myself about $800.

We were going to take our car to another dealership several miles away, however a friend of ours who brings her car here regularly suggested we try another service advisor by the name of Colin. He did an absolutely fantastic job. This is the kind of service Mercedes is known for! Without getting into too many details he took care of several problems in an efficient manner and was pleasant to deal with. He was pleasant, professional, thorough and communicative. All our problems were taken care of and we feel that our car is NOW in trustworthy hands. Thank you so much, Colin!

Brought my car in for annual state inspection and was told it failed and needed additional services ($$). Decided to take it to an actual Mercedes Benz owned dealership in Arlington and it passed with no issues. Every time I have brought my car into Tysons Corner, they have suggested additional services needed (aka $$). When they replaced my battery, they refused to look up my warranty- ended up having to call the former dealership to send my warranty in since the replacement was covered. This place will try to scam you into spending more money. Take your car somewhere else for service. Mercedes Benz Arlington is worth the extra 20 minute drive.

Steer clear. This place is a scam masquerading as a dealership and service shop. These guys are shameless--they will do everything in their power to scam every cent out of you. We've had our Mercedes' since 2011 and never had our time wasted or been nickel and dimed like this. Their silver tongued service managers will wax poetic about whatever they think will convince you they're anything more than high class con men. They offer cheap inspection ($20) but it's a fishing expedition to try and squeeze cash for unneeded services that they assume you'll pay for because you must be a rich ignorant moron if you own a Mercedes', right? I would never come back here again--and I recommend you don't either.

If you are buying a MB you also expect a luxurious treatment. My experience at this dealership was a huge miss. I search my phone for new inventory and went to the Arlington Dealership. Met Alvin Daniels and closed the deal immediately. I was treated royally. Sellers at Tyson seem to need training.
