Some concerning issues occurred during my visits at Mercedes-Benz of Tysons Corner, Service Center. Firstly, I must mention that the employees at the service center are exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, the service they provide is not up to par.I recently had my car serviced last month as I was due for “A” service. I had knocked my rear view mirror out of socket & was told the entire mirror needed to be replaced. The service center quoted nearly $1,500 for a replacement mirror, which I found to be excessive. After taking my car to another shop, I found that the mirror could be easily repaired and did NOT need replacing. After 5 minutes and $35 my mirror popped back in socket and is as good as new!Furthermore, I was surprised to find that my engine light had popped on AFTER my car was serviced. When I brought this to the attention of the service technicians, they claim that they had not noticed anything wrong with my car during the service. This is concerning as it suggests that the service they provide is not comprehensive enough.Lastly, I would like to highlight the fact that I have experienced similar issues in the past. I had my car serviced a few months ago and asked for them to check my brakes. When I picked up my car, they told me that nothing was wrong, even though I knew that my brakes were not functioning properly. I drove all the way home (45 minutes) only to return a few days after. It is then that they informed me I needed new brakes and rotors. This is a clear indication that the service center is not taking the necessary steps to ensure that their customers' cars are properly serviced.I would like to express my disappointment with the service I received at Mercedes-Benz of Tysons Corner, Service Center. While the employees are friendly, the quality of service is not up to par. I urge you to take this feedback into consideration and take the necessary steps to improve the quality of service provided to your customers.

What a great experience purchasing my first (and certainly won't be last) Benz. A BIG THANK YOU to Michael Skarlatos for guiding me every step of the way. His knowledge of cars is top notch. The dealership is full of friendly individuals who go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

My wife and I bought a used GLE in Nov of 2022. It was a certified MB. After at least a dozen attempts, I still have not received my second set of keys. They take messages but never call back. I am clearly not a priority. This was a very easily, avoidable poor review. Just get me my key!!!!

Yuliya is phenomenal. I spoke with her and gave her a breakdown of my models of interest, colors, and budget. She pulled several cars for me to drive and ultimately found the perfect fit. She didn’t pull anything that exceeded my parameters and I appreciate her doing so and keeping it simple for me. I appreciate the no-pressure approach and the quality of care from front to back. Great experience 10/10 recommend.

Editing...I personally probably would not buy another car from here but if you do...SANG HAN is amazing. One of the best sales person I ever dealt with. He is the real deal. great service and always responds, and very helpful. Wish he worked at another dealership. He's a great one to work with if you go here. The staff at this location have a very arrogant and pompous attitude towards customers. You can easily tell the cater to a certain type of customer. They really don't care if you buy a car from them or not based on who you are.

This is by far the worst service experience I’ve ever had. Don’t even wanna mention the overpriced parts and labor since that’s what every dealership would do. Dropped my car at the shop for three days and received a loaner through enterprise. They said the loaner is complimentary but I got multiple charges from enterprise. Emailed multiple times for reimbursement but no response at all. Finally reached out to the service advisor after tons of calls, says she’s not dealing with loaner reimbursement and it’s forwarded to someone who handles it. Ever since then, no response from either one of the employees at all. And not even answered my phone calls later on. I’ve never had such a terrible experience with Mercedes dealership before.Finally, they had someone reaching out to me after I left a bad review on google map. But still, the tone and attitude were unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of taking any real actions, they started to claim everything they did was following the correct protocol and they don’t need to take any responsibility. Somehow they successfully became the victim

My Husband and I had a great experience at this location. We searched at least 3 other Mercedes Benz dealerships and was happy to finally find everything we needed at Tysons Corner. Joo Lee was our salesperson and I must say it was a very pleasant experience after searching for our vehicle for months to work with her. She stepped in answered all of our questions, explained the process to us and was very patient. She took her time with the test drive and didn’t rush the experience. After the sale was completed she still keeps in contact and is available for any questions we may have about our GLB.

I purchased a 2015 ML350 and the sale went okay but vehicle I was there for an appointment was sold and I got no notice. The vehicle I purchased was touted as a excellent vehicle with all work completed and no problems. That was incorrect I needed a front end alignment, it leaked oil , rear suspension shot and all had to be replaced. Mr Aria Moshrefi Service Manager restored my faith in Mercedes Benz because he help me with several issues I had and if you need any repairs he is 10 Stars. He has been honest and true with me during my First Experience with Mercedes Benz and as a Company you need to Proud and Honored to have himThanks Aria

Nam was really patient with me with my situation and finding a new car. He took his time to help me look at cars back-and-forth and really tried his best to get me through the day of the sale. It was such a great and pleasant experience, and very swift.

I recently had my company's Mercedes-Benz vehicle serviced at this establishment. What should have been a straightforward process, unfortunately, turned into a disappointing experience. Before the service, I was provided with a comprehensive report that confirmed the tires, brakes, and alternator needed attention, and it explicitly stated that the air conditioning was in perfect working order.However, upon picking up the vehicle post-service, I found that the air conditioning was no longer functional. This is especially frustrating given that the air conditioning was in good condition prior to the service, as verified by their own report. I still have this report on file.Efforts to resolve this issue with the shop have been met with unprofessional behavior. The staff member I dealt with was dismissive and uncooperative, even hanging up the phone during our conversation.I am sharing this experience to highlight the importance of holding service providers accountable and hoping it brings about a positive resolution not only for myself but for future customers.I find it curious that you're offering to discuss this matter now, when my previous attempts to reach out to your service team have been met with silence and dismissive behavior, including being hung up on by one of your staff. I emailed my concerns to your team yesterday and haven't heard back. My contact information was included in that correspondence. The fact that I had to publicize this issue here before getting a response is both frustrating and disappointing. I look forward to seeing some real actions instead of automated responses.

I had a Lovely experience with the purchase of my vehicle. From the time I inquired and got an immediate response to arriving at the showroom. My sales consultant was Yuliya. She was very knowledgeable, pleasant, very attentive to what I was looking for and was such a pleasure to work with. She listened to my wants and needs, and really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Wisdom, the Manager, was also very pleasant to work with. No nonsense and genuine. I would not hesitate to recommend Mercedes-Benz Tyson's Corner to anybody looking for a vehicle. Ask for Yulina!

I talked to this customer representative when I went 30 days ago. PANTELIS I don't know where I got into this goddamn place, but I'll be free soon. It's been 3 months. I bought the car.Employees are uninterested I went 30 days ago to drop the car for service, they didn't have a car to give me they would call me and make a reservation nobody called to When no one called, I went again today and said that no one called, I say that I will leave my car for the service, they tell me I will wait 14 days again. Went there on 7/16/2023 at around 4:30p to browse their new cars in the showroom. Had to go there as a single mom with two young boys because husband has business meetings, and my experience was very underwhelming and uncomfortable.We wanted to get a new SUV, and as my son was sitting on the drivers seat of the GLE while I was standing right next to him, the receptionist lady came to me and said - without a hi, without how may I help you. She flat out said - it’s very dangerous to let your son sit on the drivers seat because the car may start. Then she walked away. That was just flat out rude and I was in shocked that I got apprehended at a car showroom. Is that not the purpose of a showroom? I only said ok and left immediately. Thanks for being rude. We will never let kids sit on the drivers seat at a car showroom albeit the first time someone ever said this to me.Just memorable experience as a shopper, in a horrible way.

My salesman Sean was very good and patient. He never pressured me into a sale. I asked about a particular car for sale. Sean showed me the car ?. I had a few more dealerships to visit before I make up my mind. After I visit the three dealerships. I decided the best deal was at Tyson corner Mercedes Benz. Even tho another Mercedes Benz I wanted was less expensive. It was professionalism and environment of Tysons Mercedes Benz that sold me. Sean kept in touch with me during the week. I told him I would decide soon. I'm happy with my C300 4matic. The cleanliness of the dealership was outstanding. The receptionist was helpful pointing out the water ? and coffee ☕. I strongly recommend Tyson corner Mercedes Benz for your next purchase ?
