I purchased a $15 pack of heat shrink paper, advertised to contain 25 sheets. However, upon getting home, I found it was impossible to write or draw on, completely different from what was displayed on the packaging. When I attempted to return it, but they refused to refund me, citing that I had used one sheet. But how would I have known the product's actual performance without using it? The way the management treated customers is disappointing; they seem to have no regard for product quality or customer experience. I am highly dissatisfied with this shopping experience and have decided not to patronize this store again

The stores have changed the cotton yarn brand and their stock is very low. Visit several stores for navy blue yarn. No luck.

Who doesn't shop here once in a while. They literally have everything you can imagine for designing or making crafts. I have made amazing scrap books with the material they have. Such a great store!
