The Walk-ins welcome is not completely true. You can see a clinician only if someone cancelled their's AND they are not behind AND there happens to be an opening. Possibility of walk-in success is less than 10%. If you need an interperter, double the time it takes.

I had a really good experience there today. The NP Sara is so nice and knowledgeable. She is such a good listener and also explained everything to me very clearly. Although my appointment is late, she just squeezed some time for me after she finished her samples test and saw me waiting there all the time(the waiting time was empty except me), so I had my appointment earlier. Overall, I like this minute clinic!

It was easy to make an appointment, but when we got there we were told they ran out of kids COVID boosters the day before, which was the reason we made the appointment for. We gave phone numbers and e-mails when we made appointments; it's a waste of time and huge inconvenience that we weren't notified the shots were out of stock. It's understandable the boosters ran out due to the demands, but if people wouldn't get notified and be able to cancel their appointments, there's no point for making an appointment and gave phone numbers and e-mails at all. Unless there's improvements we won't be going to Minute Clinics again.

Don’t come here for vaccines. This CVS offers vaccines through both the minute clinic and via the pharmacy. The two groups do not talk to each other and are remarkably unhelpful. I’ve been getting annual vaccines at CVS for years, but my usual location closed down. I won’t use this one ever again.

My husband and I both got our flu and Covid shots yesterday! The clinic was very clean, organized and the technician/nurse was very polite and nice to be with! She was friendly and knowledgeable about any of our concerns and questions!

This was my first time taking my child to the CSV Clinic. The doctor who saw us was named either Cara or Sara—I can't remember exactly. She was a lady, very professional and friendly, and gave me really good advice. My overall experience was great; I'll definitely come back next time and recommend it to my friends. Thank you so much.

NP Jodit was not helpful at all. Acted as if I were an inconvenience during the entire virtual visit!

I pursued the CVS minute clinic because my PCP is booked for the next two days. I have been quite sick, so I thought this might be a viable option. Big mistake! My virtual visit with Jodit Beyene, NP, consisted of me relaying my symptoms (unrelenting cough for 3 days, headache, body aches, coughing up green mucus) followed by her instructing me to tap my forehead and sinuses once and then take a deep breath in and out. With that, she was able to determine that my sickness did not warrant antibiotics and suggested I take tylenol. Really? I would prefer that clinics simply do not offer virtual visits rather than provide this kind of sub-par service. I’m sure I’ll be charged the price of a regular doctor’s visit and for what exactly I’m not sure! Very disappointed! In addition, I found Jodit Beyene to be quite rude and dismissive when I met with her. I recommend steering clear of her and this practice.

When I arrived I could hear someone in one of the rooms couching- it was the provider she came out of the exam room with a face mask hanging below her chin and still coughing. I received the vaccine and was dismissed without an information sheet or the lot number of the vaccine I asked if I needed to wait she waved her hand at me and said oh yes 10 minutes
Within 30 minutes of the injection I broke out into hives on my face and neck with lasted well into the evening requiring 100 mg of Benadryl

Signed up for 3 vaccines - efficient sign up and was able to review all safety data associated with the vaccines ahead of time, and practitioner reviewed potential side effects associated with them and patiently answered my quesitons - practitioner was super gentle - barely felt the shots! Thanks
