My wife was ill and we walk in at this CVS minute clinic. When we tried to put details in the system the nurse practitioner came out of the room and refrained us to put our details in system and simply told us that it’s 6:50 pm and we can’t take you. Although it was all empty and there was no patient other than us and 40 minutes were still remaining before closing time.Very unprofessional attitude.

The nurse practitioner Hae Eu Lim is wonderful! She is extremely thorough. She found things my regular MD had missed and she repeatedly emphasized that I should seek immediate follow up care. I ended up going to the ER, I showed them my paperwork from CVS and they diagnosed and treated me for a severe infection. Yes, the scheduling computer is glitchy (as others have mentioned), but the medical care - which ultimately is what truly matters - really is top notch.

This place is the worst, I came as a walk-in with fever due to a UTI infection. I tried to check in in their system 3 times and it did not work. Then they restarted the computer and after 10 min I tried again but the system said there were no appointments for the day. I talked to one of the nurses and asked if they could take me but they said they were completely booked! Not true, I was the only person waiting there, no other patients. But they still did not take me. Very rude and inconsiderate, I had to walk away. I will never go to this CVS ever again and will tell everyone about my poor experience.

There is no way to schedule appointments online any longer, which are now suddenly required. Who re-designed the website and made it impossible to do anything? Wake up CVS!

have tried getting an appointment with at least 10 clinics in my area, nothing is available for another 3 -4 days! definitely not wasting my time.also, the NP in one clinic could barley speak English!!

We visited the clinic for vaccines. In general, staff were polite. It is best to schedule in advance from home rather using the screen. I thought there would be walk in appointment, but not. Luckily there was an appointment available within two hours.

Appointment was over a hour late. Very poorly run, yet they tell you to get there 15 minutes prior.

I went to this location minuteclinic about 2 weeks ago because of my ear discomfort. This is my first time here, I made the same day appoinment by my phone, online. (I did it 10am and I saw her 1pm, no wait) Very easy. The nurse practitioner listened to me and checked my ear with a tool throughly. She explained everything well and told me what I should do. Her advice and prescription were right. Now my ear is 100% normal. Highly recommend this place.

This place is a joke. I went online and scheduled an appointment for 10:40 am for a flu shot. After scheduling the appointment I received two emails and two text messages confirming the appointment and asking me to wait in my car outside until they called me to come in. I waited for an hour and never received a call. I finally went inside and there was no one there to talk to, just a sign saying to wait outside. I went back out side but never received a call. Don't waste your time with this place.

The service is okay but the wait times displayed can be wildly off. After we checked in the screen showed us as having a 10 minute wait. After 10 minutes it showed us as having an additional 45 minute wait. Not relishing the prospect of my entertaining my toddler in a CVS for an hour we tried to cancel our appointment. Unfortunately, there is no way to cancel an appointment other than barging in on the nurse while she is with another patient.
