This store's policies are bs. Won't even bring replacements for their defective parts parts to the store until after you come in and pay for it. Fairfax location has actual human beings.

I was looked at like I was an alien when I walked in. I get the feeling that they deal more with garages. Not much for customer service.

Store policy's are bogus, no warrenty on anything after you try to install it with their defective products. I don't understand how youcan tell if something may be defective in the auto industry without installing the new item. Make you jump through hoops even with orginal receipt and invoice. Rude and condescending customer service staff. Do not buy from here.

Absolutely the worst run napa store I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with, the website and store policies do not match so dont order online and pick up in store its a disaster. The owner of the franchise or group of poorly run stores is rude, condescending and completely lacking in basic respect for his customers. I wasted time and money that I'll never get back. The owner of the stores should not be operating an auto parts store with the name NAPA on it if he does not intend to follow the NAPA website stated policy. Even three of his associates had conflicting information when I inquired as to the policy. I'll never visit another NAPA in fact I went and paid more for the part at his highly successful competitor two blocks away. Some basic customer service skills would have gone a long way to earning a loyal customer but it obviously isn't a concern of this owner.

I have been to this store more than a few times. While I can say that their staff does their job, the do so in a very unfriendly way. Do not expect anything remotely close to above and beyond service, no smiles, no "hello, how are you?" Nothing! My most recent trip I arrived at 5:55pm. The store closes at 6:00pm. The lights were off and the door was locked with a closed sign. Ordinarily, that would be fine but I had to pick up a part that I had ordered the day before, in the store. I parked and walked up to the glass hoping to get someone's attention. One of the clerks pretended not to see me. I knocked on the glass hoping someone would come help me since there were still a few minutes until closing. Another employee looked up and started shaking his head at me. What does that mean?? Lastly, the guy who helped me order the part the day before, the guy who knew I need the part that day looked at me and shrugged his shoulders and proceeded to shake his head like I had severely annoyed him. I will let you make up your mind for yourselves. All I can say is that customer service of any kind is hard to come by these days. Prepare yourself.
