“I needed to get my 2021 hybrid Sonata Va state inspection. I wanted a place that was known for thorough inspections. Google identified Circle as one of the top three in Fairfax County, VA. From the moment I stepped foot in this shop, I knew I had found the right place. After my car passed the state inspection I asked Circle to check the vehicle for needed service work per it's mileage. The shop videotapes any issues on the vehicle to show to the customer. All work needed was done quickly and efficiently. The lead mechanic and shop owner, Dave, is present daily. He, Gabriel, Emma, Zak and the rest of the crew are knowledgeable and reputable. I have now found a new place for all future work on this vehicle, and highly recommend you take your vehicle, foreign or domestic, gas powered, hybrid or electric there for your car care”
“Tom at K&B is a true gentleman and I hope he never retires because I would cry.
I brought my car to him for a tune up and mentioned that it’s my first and I’m not much of a car expert, but I sure would like to know how to keep her running, and he explained everything in easy-to-understand detail.
The pricing was very reasonable and Tom was very transparent about what needed done, even gave me a to-do list of things that will need service in the future, again with an easy-to-understand explanation as to why.
As a last note, Tom’s just a super friendly guy and always answers the phone with a great attitude!”

“Amazing amazing place! Comes highly recommended from folks around NoVa (also Falls Church award program best auto repair shop 2022, 2023, 2025). It’s a family-run business + extra hands on deck. Felix was at a Honda dealership for several years before opening up shop. I came in with a rattling/wobbling car at highway speeds and tire issues, also checking for general issues since my car’s a 2009. All was double-checked, everything I wanted fixed was done well and my car drives so smooth now. I also feel they are honest and trustworthy because not only were fixes only done as I gave permission, but I also called another garage I know to verify their ballpark prices for fixes — they were almost exactly the same as Felix Auto Service’s quote. 10/10 will go back for future care issues”

“I want to take a moment to share my experience with the Jiffy Lube located at 6220 Wilson Blvd in Falls Church.
The reason I’m writing this review is because of Antonio and his crew. It reminds me of going back to a great burger place or any business where you had an amazing experience years ago, and when you return, you still see the same people there — happy, smiling, and enjoying what they do.
While they were working on my vehicle and performing my tire rotation, I looked through the window and saw the team smiling, laughing, and working together. That gave me a lot of confidence because you can tell when people truly care about their work and take pride in what they do.
Antonio and his crew were very professional, friendly, and welcoming. It’s not just about getting your car serviced; it’s about the experience and knowing your vehicle is in the hands of people who care.

“I’ve used Samsung Auto a bunch of times for inspections and they’ve always been straight with me. I came in because another place said I needed rear brake pads, and Samsung checked it out and told me I didn’t need them - rear drums/shoes were still good and the front brakes were healthy too.
Really appreciate a shop that doesn’t try to sell you work you don’t need. Honest people, fair, and I’ll keep coming back.”

When Jiffy Lube in Vienna, VA recommended A K Auto Services in Fairfax to me, I decided to give them a try, and I’m so glad I did. True to what other reviewers have said, A K Auto Services is both honest and reliable. Recently, I had an issue with the check engine light coming on. Mr. Ki quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed oxygen sensor, and his team took care of the repair promptly and efficiently. “I want to say thank you to Scott and the Capital Car Care team. My family has been a long time customer and always received excellent service that was fair and honest. Yesterday (9/3/24) my 2006 Scion Xb driver's side rocker panel plastic cover started to popoff and under it you could see rust, a hole. I went to Capital for advise on a body shop and after a quick talk with Scott regarding the plan for how much longer I planned to keep the Scion, a few more years, and its worth, a thousand or two tops, Scott came up with a very simple solution. He found areas of good metal/no rust and drilled a screw to hold the plastic panel in place and the car is now looking good. All his expertise, time, and effort were for "no charge" I cannot thank him enough. He has confirmed why I'll be a customer for life.”
“I had a really good experience with this NTB location after picking up a nail in one of my Michelin CrossClimate 2 tires. I had just bought a brand new set of four tires in May, so getting a puncture a month later was frustrating, especially once we realized the nail was too close to the sidewall and the tire could not be safely patched.
German, the shop manager, and Marvin were both great to work with. They were patient, clear about what needed to happen, and got the replacement handled within the day. You can tell this shop is juggling a lot between appointments, walk-ins, deadlines, and customers who all need help quickly, but the team stayed professional and kept things moving.
I also appreciated that they explained why the tire had to be replaced instead of patched. They even showed me the jar of nails, screws, and other road hazards they have pulled from tires, which made me feel a little less unlucky. Apparently, with all the construction around town, this happens more often than you’d think.
Big shoutout to German and Marvin. They took care of the issue, communicated well, and made an annoying tire situation much easier to deal with. I will definitely come back to this NTB location.”
“10/10 definitely recommend, i was out in 3 hours! I called late in the day and the owner answered. I told him I wasn't sure if it was my starter but I believed so, he told me to drop it off in the morning. He wasn't the only mechanic I called but because he was so nice I dropped it off the next morning. He confirmed it was my starter and started working on the car immediately. They even checked other things on my car while I was there. Very reasonably priced, I was out quick!”
