Really appreciate the kindness and transparency of the people at this store. We were trying to mail something small to a penpal in Costa Rica, and the associates helped us understand the options. They also patiently listened to my enthusiastic daughter explaining all about her penpal. Very nice neighborhood store.

Love this store! Had a big step up since the previous Indian owner, store looks very cozy and the staff are incredibly helpful.
The employee I met was incredibly helpful and was balancing several different customers while making sure I was not having my time wasted.
I came in initially for shipping but was able to knock out some printing, passport photos and buy some stamps and they had a cool fingerprinting machine. Highly recommend!

The customer service at this Parcel Plus is exceptional, making it stand out as one of the best in the industry. I recently opened a mailbox at this location and was thoroughly impressed by the helpful and friendly staff. The location itself is also convenient, being situated in a quiet shopping center with a variety of shops. Not only can I easily pick up my packages, but I can also do some shopping and grab a cup of coffee all in one place. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Parcel Plus and highly recommend it for its welcoming and efficient environment.

Amazing Customer service, beautiful and cozy scenery, and fast response time. One up to the tall handsome black man who works in the front, he's very welcoming and always gives the best price so shout out to Shawn, I would recommend this place ten times over!

Good service with unethical pricing. Wrap, box and label your packages on your own or expect to pay 4-6x the cost of packaging materials.
Sad too because the employee / store is nice and they're conveniently located, but their pricing is just nonsense. I'd recommend avoiding them until they come down to earth a bit with costs or if you've got a premade label with a pre packed box
