Nice top shelf furniture with low tier service. Extremely poor and inattentive service. Walked in saw two employees talking -- they looked over their glasses at me... asked if they sold a certain product, one of them said yes and then the continued to talk to each other for the next 10 minutes. I left and spent my money elsewhere.

Their hours overlap with most people's working hours and I've made two trips there now, during my work day, only to find that they were not open during their posted hours.

Liz was great. She helped us think about the pieces that we should get and what fabrics to select. Our furniture was backordered from the manufacturer, but Liz was great about keeping us updated on expected delivery dates. Once it finally arrived, she had it delivered to our house immediately. Overall, a very positive experience. Just be prepared for a wait on custom orders until supply chain issues are fully resolved.

Liz at the Tysons Patio.com was fantastic. I purchased chairs from a particular brand twenty years ago and wanted to match them as best I could. She took the extra time to go through the catalog with me to identify a perfect fit. I expected it to take about 16 weeks for delivery but it was much quicker than that. I picked them up today and they are perfect!

I highly recommend Patio.com for outdoor furniture. Their inventory is vast, their price are competitive, the management is excellent (especially Liz), the delivery is prompt and the delivery staff are delightful!

Four years ago we bought a VERY expensive patio umbrella (huge one with a big articulated arm that extends it across a big space -- they have them in their showroom). Just before the expiration of the 2 year warranty the internal cable snapped, and they replaced the umbrella. And now at the end of two years with the replacement umbrella, the same cable snapped again. But you only get a warranty on the FIRST one -- no warranty when the same defect occurs on the second defective umbrella, so we are out of luck with a 500 lb umbrella holder. This "high end" "luxury" product obviously is crap. And did I mention the MONTHS it took to get a refund on the Adirondak chairs that they couldn't deliver after 10 MONTHS of waiting? Liz seems like a nice person, but she can't put lipstick on this pig of a franchise. I would NEVER buy anything from this outfit again.

Liz, the Tysons Store Manager and Pete, the patio.com Website Manager, were fantastic. I worked with Pete and Liz for a very long time before I decided on an 8-chair outdoor Coordinate dining table set with Bella Vista chairs with cushions and winter cover that fits around the whole set. Liz gave great advice re: the choice of dining set and fabric. She even allowed me to borrow the fabric swatches and metal samples so I could finally decide on the best metal match and cushion fabric at home. Pete was extremely patient in helping me choose the right set even doing FaceTime with me to be sure I was complementing my outdoor kitchen granite and stone wall hard scape decor. I was able to get the best price deal during a price increase and supply chain issues. The white glove service was wonderful. Now even considering purchasing an end table to use with 2 of the 8 chairs.

The folks at Patio.com Tysons were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Liz worked with us to figure out exactly which furniture would fulfill our needs. She helped us picking the best options, and was very helpful in getting us the best price on top quality furniture. They even took care of delivery seamlessly. We had checked out several patio stores and they were the best. We will go to Patio.com for all of our future needs. And we will ask For Liz. She is top-notch!

This is a review for their customer service and, in particular, Elizabeth at this store. I had purchased a Galtech cantilever umbrella a year or so ago but subsequently lost the bolts. I couldn't match up store bought bolts and wasn't able to use my umbrella. I called Elizabeth and she snagged some extras for me and even met me near my home in Maryland so I wouldn't have to struggle through DC traffic to get to the Tysons store. Needless to say, this was above and beyond customer service. This is definitely a place that doesn't just pay lip service to taking care of a customer, they actually follow through. And, by the way, they didn't charge me a dime for the extra bolts (which go for $20 or so if you special order).
