So there have been alot of changes to this branch in the last few months. Tellers removed, all staff changed out etc. Have had great relationship with previous staff. Really was only reason I left my mom's accounts as is last couple years. Today had a legitimate bad experience. I had moved most of my mom's money out of her money market account except for $79. In order not to incur low balance charges I was told to go home and go online to move it. I then found out I could not close the account from home, necessitating another trip to close the account. The bank rep Nivedita could have processed it all for me while I was in the branch office but guess she didn't want to he bothered to spend the time to process it...wanted me to do the work for her online. In any case now I need to make two trips to the branch. I will not be managing my mothers remaining checking accounts from this branch. I am also considering moving her checking accounts to another bank as well.

Dirty trick that tied up a large amount of money unnecessarily. I moved to TD Bank where they, so far, respect the millions of dollars a year I deposit into their branch. I've had both a business and personal account with PNC BANK for years. From time to time, my veteran owned/operated business, has had fraudulent charges that need to be disputed and I've never really had issues doing so....Until the new manager refused to help in any real way. Instead of helping, he worked at closing both my personal AND business accounts! Closing my accounts threw me into BANK PURGATORY. By that I mean, when I tried to resolve the disputes, I was blocked because I no longer had an account with them. The branch refused to talk with me, online was useless because I couldn't sign in and when I called the 800-number I couldn't get traction because NO ACCOUNT. Dirty manager! I eventually resolved the issue at great expense with an attorney. POS! be warned.

Wasted a month of my time. Withheld critical loan information. Predatory lending. Closed my account before even activating it cards or transferring one cent. Abismal customer service.

Every staff at this branch is nice. Especially, Ms Lynn! She helped me to open a account, it was a pleasant experience. :) Mt friend recommended me this branch and I'm doing the same to people around me.

This branch literally makes me feel like a celebrity every time I come. As if I have $$ and I don't . But they are all about being extra polite, they all seem sincere and are willing to spend time with me. They even suffer through my baby pictures show. If all places had customer service like here, we wouldn't even need Yelp. Thanks PNC!

My relationship with PNC bank pre-dates the creation of PNC bank. I have personal accounts and business accounts with PNC Bank. My relationship with PNC started in the Vienna Branch which is on Maple Ave. The branch manager and the assistant branch manager are probable the best people I dealt with in my banking experiences... (I had experiences with many banks... 7 to be exact). They moved to the Tyson's Corner office and I was happy to follow them there... Not only they make me feel welcomed and valued, they were always there to assist in any inquiry or transaction matters I needed to conduct in the branch. Above all, I do not have any other place where I am greeted by name when I enter. Not to mention a large regional bank chain. Thank you PNC Tysons Corner.

Surprised by the bad reviews. I have found the staff to be very friendly (they remember me although I go in only about once a month) and are anxious to help. Has every visit been perfect? No. But I still think it's a pleasant location and I continue to come back.

This branch is very close to our house but unfortunately we go out of our way to the falls church location due the horrible service. We recently showed up for a scheduled appointment and were told that they were not prepared for. We had to wait for over 45 mins and treated rudely by one of the tellers. The branch experienced some technical issues so our "quick" appointment took over 2 hours. Never coming back

I would give a negative rating if possible. First lets get into how I was treated and lied to about their policy. I walked in during my lunch hour, and explained how I had left my wallet at home, but still had my work ID to use as verification. In addition to this I was told by another PNC bank, as long as you give them your social you should be able to pull up your account ...okay long story short I walked to the teller her name was SOMIA she said no before I could even finished my sentenced in asking about withdrawing money from my account. SOMIA was extremely rude throughout this process. After giving her my social and my ID badge she still made the claim that she could not allow me to withdraw money. Her manager comes over has me sign my name on a form and says that this will help them verify my signature from anything they could pull up from my account. They find my signature on a previous check and the manager says they can not allow me to withdraw money without a second form of ID......Did she miss the part of me telling her that I did not have my wallet????? All I had was one form of ID my work badge so she knows good and damn well that was not happening. This was garbage and a complete LIE on their part... What bank does this?

I must say every time I come to the this bank there is always something coming up. The first thing that comes from my mouth is I'm in a time limit and need them to be as quick as possible. After said this they want either to up sale me with new card or update something in my account. I gave my new ID information over 2 years ago. Today, they asked me if I still live in Florida because they have the old information. Like for real? I been coming here for more than 2 years and never asked me that information. I gave you the new information already why you need to delayed the process when I only want a cashier check. Just listen to your customers and allow them to have a quick day. My biggest issue is the teller doesn't know most of the time what are they doing.

The worst service of any PNC bank I've ever been to. Always the worst people at the teller that have absolutely no idea what they're doing. It worries me that my money is being handled by these people. They need better training or new employees.

This bank is generally ok service-wise but there is one 'service' which forces a one star rating: they frequently decline a purchase you make for 'fraud protection' reasons; except their card service center is only open during certain hours so if you call the number on the back of the card it will simply tell you they're closed so there is nothing you can do except try and find an ATM and go back to where you were. About 20-30 minutes later, you'll get a call from someone at the bank asking if it was you trying to make the purchase, long after you've left.. Occasionally you'll get an automated call quickly asking you to confirm the declined transactions were you - but even after confirming it still won't approve the transaction if you try it again. It's infuriating to have a card declined despite having plenty of money in their bank.. I get the need for fraud protection but my other bank card simply immediately texts me immediately to ask if it's me and when I reply yes, the transaction goes through, so it's definitely a PNC problem. If they called immediately it wouldn't be an issue, but to call a half hour later after you can't reach them just adds insult to injury.
