I rarely leave reviews, but my experiences with this mechanic deserve a serious warning to others.
I brought in my 2016 Cayenne Diesel because it needed a DEF injector replacement—a specific, emissions-related issue. Instead of addressing that, they replaced the fuel filter, which had absolutely nothing to do with the problem. The original issue remained unresolved, but I was charged for unnecessary work. I thought I’d give them a pass becasue the TDI engines in Porsches are not common. Maybe the mechs weren’t trained.
Later, I took my 2020 Macan Turbo in for a brake sensor warning. Rather than diagnosing or fixing the actual sensor issue, they insisted on doing a brake fluid replacement, which had nothing to do with the code showing on the dash or from the PIWIS diagnostics tool I own. Again, I was pushed toward unnecessary work that wouldn’t solve the real problem.
To make things worse, they tried to sell me a PDK service, spark plugs, and a 50k-mile service—all of which had already been completed at another Porsche dealership not long before. It was clear they either didn’t check the service records or didn’t care, and just wanted to pad the invoice.
Overall, this shop has shown itself to be dishonest, incompetent, and not trustworthy. They recommend unnecessary work, misdiagnose problems, and charge for services that don’t fix the issues. If you care about your car and your wallet, go somewhere else. Preferably a reputable Porsche specialist or an actual Porsche dealer who knows what they’re doing. If obvious to say, I will. It be returning at any capacity.

Didn't have a great impression of the service here prior, but that has changed since working with Nathan. He has provided top tier service and takes customer satisfaction seriously. I appreciate the care he and the dealer has shown/offered post-delivery.

Shout out to Nick Oneal at the Porsche dealership in Tysons Corner. One of the most honest, straightforward Porsche advisors in the DMV—knowledgeable, responsive, and zero pressure. I highly recommend Porsche Tysons Corner because of Nick and the way he takes care of customers.

*Buying My Porsche Remotely*
There were several crucial individuals who helped me achieve one of my vision board goals — transitioning from a BMW owner to a proud Porsche owner. I want to sincerely thank the following MVPs at Porsche Tysons Corner for their outstanding assistance:
• Nathan – for the excellent sales assistance
• Paul – for the sales support and reliable backup
• Mae – for guiding me through the financing process
• Nick – for ensuring my car was delivered safely
Yes, I completed the entire process remotely, from Virginia to Florida, and it went flawlessly. For anyone considering this route, I suggest discussing the delivery details early, as it may take a bit more time — but aside from that, everything went exactly as expected.
Porsche continues to uphold its reputation for exceptional quality — not only through its vehicles but also through the dedicated individuals who make the experience happen.
If you’re looking for a team that genuinely cares about getting you what you need, buy your next Porsche from Tysons Corner.
Sincerely,
– Aracelly Cruz

Worked with Pat Driscoll to lease a preowned Cayenne Turbo. His communication was great and he kept me updated on the process and had it delivered to my house without any issues.
Was able to sign all the documents over zoom with Mae and took around 10-15 minutes, nice and easy.
2nd Porsche I have leased but first time from Tyson's Corner but they were excellent in their execution.

I highly recommend coming here for service with Lucas Sibold as your service advisor. I was very happy with the level of care and communication I received, and he definitely goes above and beyond for his customers. Additionally, all the other staff I spoke to were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back for future services or purchases!

Not a customer yet, but hopefully in the future. My wife and I went in for a test drive, and Jay made the whole Porsche experience both informative and enjoyable. He was knowledgeable about the models we asked about, well-versed in the features of the car, and most importantly, added a personal touch that we truly appreciated as first-time Porsche buyers (wannabes). You don’t usually look forward to calls from dealerships, but this time, it felt different.

Had a great purchasing experience with Jay. He's been a great knowledge base in learning about my first 911. Plan to purchase here again in the future.

I just bought my second car from Porsche of Tysons, and they stand out as a truly enjoyable experience! Mike Billings has expertly guided me through the process - twice - and has earned and maintained my trust and confidence, not a particularly easy thing to do for me. Management and Finance were supportive and highly professional - no hard sells, just real advice and support. A wonderful experience. Unequivocally recommended.

My Experience with Porsche Tysons Corner – Very Misleading
I had a terrible experience with Porsche Tysons Corner and would not recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a Porsche online.
I found a 2019 Porsche Carrera T listed on the official Porsche website as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle it also showed on there website as Certified Pre Owned. After two days of back-and-forth negotiations, mostly about the trade-in value of my 2018 BMW M3 (they were lowballing me), I asked for a written quote. To my surprise, they added a $1,985 “ceramic coating” charge — something I never requested and that was not disclosed earlier.
We went back and forth another day trying to get that unnecessary fee removed. When we were finally close to finalizing the deal — only about $1,000 apart — I called my local Porsche dealer in Miami to verify the certification status. They told me the car was not certified, even though it was clearly advertised as such and both Manager Nick Oneal and sales associate Kley had told me over the phone that it was. Carfax also showed the vehicle as “Certified Pre-Owned,” which is why I trusted the listing.
I was lucky to have called my local dealer before closing otherwise I would have bought under false pretenses. I encourage anyone considering purchasing from this dealership to do your homework: verify certification independently and watch for undisclosed add-on charges.
Between the false advertising about certification and the sneaky $1,985 ceramic coating fee, I feel completely misled from the beginning. This dealership was not transparent and wasted a lot of my time.
I will never do business with Porsche Tysons Corner again, and I strongly recommend others avoid this dealer and the shady manager who offered false advertisement and wasted my time.

The team at Tyson’s Corner Porsche were outstanding. From working with me to test drive multiple cars, to developing a finance package, to walking through every detail of how to set up the electronics in my new 911. It was an outstanding experience and I looked forward to working with them again.
