I randomly stumbled upon Posh! and it was truly a magical experience. I felt like I had stepped into a wonderland or another world! The decor is stunning and suitable for the season. This place was once a bank, and it's interesting to see how every inch of it was decorated. As I walked through, I discovered hidden corners with even more decor for sale. We were kindly greeted by Marianne, and she was so friendly! We had a fun visit chatting with her and learning more about Posh! Posh! is a must-visit, and a hidden gem in Vienna.

Posh is our family. When we lived on Lawyers Road we invited Mary Anne and Brett to all of our Christmas parties. It gave both of these special people a chance to see how we decorated with Posh Christmas decor.We now live in Florida and all of our friends ask, “ Where did you get all of these beautiful decorations? I've been going to Posh for years, especially during their after-Christmas sale. It is an amazing place. The furnishings are incredibly artistic, beautiful creations. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Posh will forever be on my list of the very best in home decorations.

Owner went above and beyond to get me an item. Specifically, due to COVID the item was not available, but the owner worked with the manufacturer to have one custom made at no additional cost.

The owner of POSH belligerently drove her black SUV just missing my youngest child by mere inches! We had already been granted permission by staff to take photos in front of their pretty store across from the caboose in Vienna near the walking W&OD trail.

Mary Anne is very helpful and kind. They have the best Christmas decorations! They make wonderful one of a kind items that are made with very high quality materials. What I like best about this store is all their items are one of a kind and the quality will last for generations.

Posh! has been a wonderful establishment in Vienna for over a decade. The selection of quality furniture, accessories and silk flowers are exquisite. They have always been helpful and courteous when I shopped. I'm sorry to see the retail location close and wish them all the best in the future.

Ha. No wonder this place has 2.5 stars. What a joke of an establishment! After reading the other reviews, it appear as though I'm not the only one who witnessed the owner treating her customers terribly. I was driving by and saw that POSH was having a going out of business sale. I stopped in and was minding my own business when the owner (blond/grey hair) acted completely rude to one of her customers. So much for the customer is always right! The owner was totally out of line in the way that she spoke to the patron and even threatened to call the cops. Not to mention that the patron was Muslim and wearing a traditional head scarf. You can deduce what you will from this post, but a white lady berating an Muslim woman during Ramadan. Sounds like no place that I would ever want to frequent. If you want poor customer service and racist undertones, visit POSH! Not sad to see this place moving out of the neighborhood!

This store doesn't even deserve one star. I also witnessed the scene that Kelsey described on May 20th 2019, and after reading these other reviews, I'm even more convinced that the owner and her employees are terrible people. The customer that Kelsey described was an older Muslim woman wearing a hijab. She came into the store and it was clear that she was following-up on a previous interaction with the owner. The owner immediately lost her temper and began talking down to the Muslim woman, threatening to call the cops. The poor older lady kept her calm and appeared to be in complete shock as to why the owner was screaming at her. I think all of the customers were also in shock because we all just looked at each other in complete dismay. I can't speak to what happened after this blowup, because I left immediately in disgust. Who treats the elderly like this? Especially when they're the customer. No wonder this place is going out of business. I just can't believe that in 2019 people are still treating others in this manner. After reading the other reviews, it appears as though customer service is an area where this store is lacking. I too had one of the employees following me around the store, as if I was going to shoplift. Don't worry, the items in this store are hideous; it looks as if costume jewelry violently threw up everywhere on the inside. If you look at the names of the reviewers who complained of being treated poorly by the owner and her staff, you'll notice an interesting trend. The majority of the names are ethnic. Think it's a coincidence? Probably not, it's probably just racism.
