Great customer service! The gentleman that helped me was so professional and knowledgeable. I asked him so many questions and he was so helpful and patient. Unfortunately, the power went out and I was unable to order my size. However, I will return in the future to support this business.

You buy shoes from a store rather than online because you want expert advice but no pressure, no attitude and no one-size-fits-all counsel. I made several visits to PR Vienna and Matt was that expert: patient, knowledgeable and thoughtful (his advice was not boilerplate). First I bought fancy inserts (for my average, non-PR running shoes). I've since returned for 'real' shoes. PR & Matt are super-easy to recommend, without hesitation.

PR Run & Walk is fantastic. Matt helped me with a foot assessment and pressure analysis, and his shoe recommendations have been perfect—no soreness at all while training for a marathon. As a sports physical therapist, I really trust Matt and the team. They’re knowledgeable, professional, and super welcoming. Highly recommend!

I walked in yesterday knowing very little about what kind of shoe I wanted and Jennifer spent a long time with me patiently explaining all of the different shoes, giving me options, sharing her expertise, ETC. Great experience overall.

Great customer service, expertise, and helpfulness. I walked-in to the store to ask for a shoe fitting after experiencing arch pain in my foot with my previous pair of running shoes. I was fitted with the perfect pair of shoes after doing the foot scan, getting tailored recommendations for my needs, and testing out the recommended shoes on the treadmill in the store.
I'm super happy with my purchase! No more arch pain, yay!

Great store ! They scanned my feet to determine the best fitting shoe for me. Tried several shoes and picked two pairs that felt the best fit. Had them for about two weeks now & they feel great! Highly recommended store!!
