I love the car I purchased but the experience was truly awful. It started when the salesperson was annoyed I asked for more than a 10 minute test drive and then was distracted with other deals and taking calls while I was trying to learn more about the car. He told me multiple incorrect details about what the car had or didn't have and I had to keep finding things our for myself. I overlooked because I wanted the car. I should have listened to myself and gone elsewhere because it only got worse from there. The finance guy tried to almost double my payment because he kept implying the CPO warranties didn't cover much but his third-party warranties with sky-high prices would provide protection. Then the service department was an absolute nightmare trying to get the repairs that were promised actually done. The service advisor I was assigned would never answer the phone, return calls or answer emails. It took me a over a month to only get some of what was promised and then I found out the salesperson lied about what they would do because the service department said it wouldn't happen. I guess they really don't care about customer satisfaction when you're only spending $70k.
To the "Customer Care" team - please don't bother posting some insincere "we care" reply because I have written to you twice with a very detailed account of my awful experience and you have yet to respond beyond the computer "we received your message" auto-reply.

I've been having my Jaguar serviced here for 15 years and have known Tommy Rougeux for the entire team and more recently have had him as my sole service advisor. He does a superb job. His professionalism, follow-through, and attention to detail are all I could ask for. Great job by all!

Mr. Thomas Rougeux is a highly knowledgeable and thorough Jaguar service advisor. He was able to troubleshoot my Jaguar Remote technical issue on the spot and explained how the problem possibly surfaced. He maintained a professional demeanor and managed my appointment with a high degree of order in a timely manner. At the close of the service, he explained and confirmed the work performed, delivered an analysis of the mechanical outcome and advised on the next steps for future maintenance work. Due to an ongoing technological issue outside of Jaguar’s control, Mr. Rougeux was prepared to close out my ticket and address payment. I was out the door and on my way to the office. This was a good day and an excellent service appointment.

I called the Tysons location for Jaguar on Tuesday to make an appointment for maintenance, Alex was amazing. She was able to book the appointment without hassle per my request. On the day of the service, she went beyond of her duties to assist us. Definitely, I will recommend her. Very professional and she knows what needs to be done. Many thanks Alex .

The team at the service center is professional and courteous. They provide me with sound advice to maintain my 2019 XJR. Communication via text messages and phone calls make sure I'm kept informed about the status of my vehicle. My service advisor is Alex, who is awesome to work with.

Make no mistake about it, Jaguar Tysons Corner is Awesome! I've purchased three (3) Jags from them: F-Pace Diesel; F-Pace SVR, and F-Type R. On the Service Side, my ONLY Go To Person is Milena! She's Razor Sharp and just too Polite!!! If she's not available, I wait; I wait for her Period! Their Service Dept is Awesome and Milena adds 90% to that Fact! Promote her to Supervisor or Manager Today! Promote her salary as well! You can't go wrong with Milena...Fact! Mr DJ...

Terrible customer service at the service department. They don’t answer the phone or return calls. No reliability. It used to be good with Joe and jack. Now it’s ridiculous. My issue after two days was not fixed. They didn’t have a loaner car or washed my car before returning it. The service advisor Alex/Milena was not nice. Very bad customer service. No cashiers. The service dept is just empty desks and chairs. I won’t use this dealership next time.

Terrible communications. Tried to sale me a car before answering questions. Not a real dealership as they don't make "deals". Cars over KBB and selling with odometer rolled back. That's illegal. Can't be trusted.

Called in to get a hose for a jaguar I have, gave them the part number and was quoted 87$ for a part that was listed at 29$ online on jaguars oem website. MSRP on the part was listed at $35.11. The parts rep told me best he can do was 75$. Called another dealership and they quoted me MSRP. I don’t understand how dealerships are marking up parts almost triple the MSRP. Ridiculous. Never purchase a part from here they will scam you
