Frank in parts spent almost 45 minutes on the phone with me trying to help me (and succeeding!) to get a transmission pan for a Jaguar, he even had a tech come over and look at the pictures i sent too. Turned out this Jag has a Land Rover ZF transmission,,, i am incredibly impressed and thankful for his help. I wouldn't've been able to find a part otherwise.

If I could leave a no star rating I would. I have a fairly new Jaguar with only 30k miles that I bought from that dealership. I needed for them to do maintenance on my tires and they have the super secret key to unlock them( I never got one). Meanwhile, call ahead, take off work, to get there for them to say they have no key. Their suggestion is for me to pay ~$1k for them to break the locks, and then pay for the damages they do to my rims. I thought it was a joke and actually laughed out loud. They don't have basic equipment and services to maintain a Jaguar that I purchased there. The Service manager was incompetent and nasty. Ironically, I was looking at the new Jaguar electric car. They just lost my business forever.

Mediocre service, overpriced. They provided a loaner and then charged $100 automatically, without asking, for a stop sign violation that was obviously incorrect based on the photos in the citation. No effort to contest it or even bother to respond to my emails. Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles overpriced for what you get. Get Porsche instead for the same price.

DONT GO HERE!!! save yourself before its too late and go to Alexandria, THEY ARE AMAZINGThis jaguar has literally given me PTSD, i cant even put into words how awful this experience was with them…to own a LUXURY vehicle and be treated the way i was is INSANE….i took my car in as a sos light had come on, i also had some issues with starting the vehicle, it took them 3 days to figure it out, i get the car back and as soon as i get it back the check engine light came on, So i called them and they told me it would be a week to get it back in, even though the service light didnt come on until AFTER they had put the battery in, once in the shop again it took them yet another 4 days to fix the car…..all for them to tell me that it was because there was not enough gas in car??? Yet as soon as i pick it up again guess what…the engine light cane back on…so i call AHMEND back who had been assiting me the entire time for him to tell me i would need to wait another week…FOR THEIR ERROR…..Now through this whole process no one ever called me to give me updates…i had to call AHMEND who then tried to ACCUSE me of not communicating….i will be more than happy to you show you the call logs of me literally blowing them up and i have no answer…. There IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE…..they were extremely SEXIST towards me it is an experience i dont wish on anyone. These people made me feel like i was crazy for wanting my car back to normal….stay away from AHMEND

Would also give 0 stars here if possible. Condescending, rude staff. I did not buy the most expensive vehicle on the lot, but certainly did not expect to be treated as poorly as I was.I obtained a “we owe” document for a few scratches and paint chip on the vehicle. After a fiasco with no one finding my scheduled appointment time, the dealership returned the vehicle to me telling me they could not repair the scratches; the paint for the chip was not blended so it was still very noticeable. When I stated these items were not fixed correctly, I was told they would not do anything else.In returning to the dealership for another matter where I had to sit at the salesperson’s desk, I was repulsed to watch the employee beside us CLIP his fingernails into a pile on his desk as we conducted business. Just GROSS.The icing on the cake, and what caused me to finally write this review, was hearing the dealership tell me that the vehicle I purchased (it was last year’s model, a loaner with about 16k mileage), had never had the oil changed because Land Rover only requires an oil change every 2 years or 21,000 miles. I took the vehicle to my long time, well respected mechanic who had NEVER heard of a vehicle being able to go that long between oil changes.

Our service rep was amazing. We've had service done at Porsche, Lexus, and now Jaguar and the rep that assisted me went above and beyond. She was great at communicating and made sure I understood what was happening at every step in the process. If I could give her an 11 or 12, I would. She is a huge asset to your dealership.

I am always appreciative of the service I receive here. The staff is friendly and the service is timely. Signing up for appointments is seamless and their text messaging system keeps you apprised of your car’s status. Jack M. was thoughtful in recommending not only the right service based on my mileage, but also a great restaurant nearby for me to go to while waiting on my vehicle (he even arranged for my transportation via Lyft which was an unexpected courtesy). 10 out of 10 each time!

It was a great experience Albert was responsive and very helpful during the purchasing process. I already had an idea what I wanted but made purchasing my forester that much easier!

Loved my shopping experience @ Jaguar Tysons Corner that provided full transparency and excellent options when selecting my Jaguar. My Sales Agent Albert was always available and easy to speak with. Although, finance department must be faster than 3 hours of onky waiting before even signing of the documents. Again, thank you for helping me buy one of my favorite vehicles!

No-pressure and friendly sales experience - Michael Paluh was great! One Price means no haggling, but also no additional discounts. Finance office personnel were transparent, openly showing us rate/payment options on their screen.

I took my brand new Land Rover at this place for a very minor noise I could hearAnd they took my car in and told me leave it and come pick it up after work .Couple hrs later the lady called me introduced herself as a manager gave me a list of what needs to be done on my car .She said it’s your tire !!And you need a new one it’s for your “safety “They end up charging me with couple of thousand dollars .Which I didn’t mind if my car was completely fixedBut hey after 2 weeks all lights came up and noise gotten worse to the point that even when I driving the car I can hear this loud noise .STAY AWAY . Management very unprofessional very mean they never explain what have they done by returning the car .Front desk charged me twice because they said your card is pending . However it was an American Express ,Not worth of time and money now again I have to find shop to fix the damage they have done to my car . I wish I could give 0 star .STAY AWAY .!

I was looking to bring my vehicle for service and planning to buy another vehicle but looking at all reviews here. Only bad reviews. I am not even thinking to go now. Wow I can’t believe Jaguar dealership could have kind of these reviews. I also noticed Staff responses ‘sorry to hear about the experience’ to the reviews. But no improvement noticed through out the latest reviews or management/owner don’t care at all. Thanks for heads-up everyone and Google reviews really helps.

Don't go here. This place is a joke. "new cars with scratches" untrained detailing department. Sales people don't know the products they sell. Unprofessional financing department. If you are good with money and appreciate a great customer experience don't waste your time. This place is a blemish to the JLR brand...unfortunate.

If I could give zero stars, I would do so with a smile on my face. Beware of lazy repairs and poor customer service. We have a brand new iPace, but the AC unit needed attention. We took the vehicle to this dealership where they found issues with the AC unit and replaced what was needed. We rarely drive the car, especially at highway speeds, so it took almost 3 months for us to notice a new issue. As I continued to drive it on the highway to Annapolis for a job, I started noticing a noise under the vehicle. At one point, it got so loud that I pulled over on the highway and saw the undercarriage cover was falling off of the car. At my earliest chance, I took the vehicle to the closest JLR dealership (in Alexandria). They were very kind there and learned that when the vehicle was last repaired at the Tyson's corner facility, they did not replace SEVEN bolts on the undercarriage cover of the car. They only placed the two main bolts to hold the cover onto the car. Needless to say, I had to pay out of pocket to get the bolts replaced. I reached out to the manager at Tyson's, Stephen Miller, who was about as much help as a wet towel. Instead of being empathetic and helping me with the situation, he was immediately accusatory as if I caused the damage myself. He asked me why I didn't bring the car back there to get it fixed. First of all, I'm not a mechanic. I didn't know what the problem was, and I never would've guessed that a licensed mechanic would fail to replace seven bolts on our brand new car. If I knew what the issue was and how to diagnose it, I would've taken it back but also, if I learned on my own that the bolts weren't replaced due to dealership negligence, I doubt I would've ever wanted to go back to here (like now). Instead of following up for me like someone who knows what customer service is, I had to follow up with him about being reimbursed for the money I spent for an issue that was caused by the dealership. Of course, he ignored my request (this was a month later...him telling me to send him the paid invoice and he would "get back to me"), so I reached out to the executive offices after being ignored by Stephen Miller and have since been reimbursed. Why should I do the legwork for your dealership's mistake? Again, zero empathy.I suggest taking your vehicle to the Alexandria location, even if the drive is a little further for you. Chandler was amazing and very helpful despite him knowing how annoyed I was with JLR Tyson's. But if you want shoddy service and deteriorated customer interactions, then by all means, make your way to Tyson's corner. If anything ever needs escalation, you will likely get no help from Stephen Miller, so why bother? Save yourself a headache.
