Paid $300 to diagnose electrical problem. Their answer, buy a $750 battery, and then, after checking out the new AAA battery, the mechanic said the battery and car are fine - just drive the car more. Or get a trickle charger. Got a trickle charger and it still died months later after a 12 mile trip. Looking at the battery, I found that it had not been installed right - Alfa requires the charging control on top of the positive terminal to be screwed down to hold the positive terminal clamp down (???) which had not been done. $300 and they did not screw it down. Nor could they find any parasitic load accounting for a battery problem. The service manager recommended a vastly overpriced-battery and the honest mechanic failed to find a basic AAA installation issue. We will look elsewhere for service. BTW: The charging circuit had to be replaced just after the warranty.

Sean, Brayan, & HR were all A+ top notch to work with on my recent car purchase. Very friendly and accommodating, sales was “no pressure.” After some minor financing hiccups, everything went smoothly and I was happy with the deal that was agreed upon. Our salesman, Easton, was very helpful and courteous. He even opted to touch up some interior detailing items himself that had been missed by the Shop. I would def recommend if you are looking for an Alfa or Maserati!

Sophia and her team are super friendly, professional, efficient, and accommodating. I would absolutely go to Alfa Romeo of Tysons because of them.
In addition to excellent customer service, Sophia and her team always take excellent care of our Tonale. It's always maintained/repaired according to plan--no surprises. And it's always super clean (inside and out) at pickup time.
Additionally, Sophia and her team always make sure I have a loaner or a ride if I can't wait while work is completed.
Overall, A+++++++ for Sophia, Mason, Samantha, and the rest of the Alfa Romeo Tysons team. Thank you all!!!

I just completed my purchase of a Maserati and I cannot speak highly enough of Easton and the entire sales team. I was actually initially dreading looking for a new vehicle. But I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked in, Easton demonstrated a level of professionalism and product knowledge that immediately put me at ease.
Easton's passion for the Maserati brand was evident, and he expertly walked me through everything without ever being pushy or overwhelming.

No issues with my transaction. Thank God there was no, “What can we do to get you in this car today?” nonsense. There were two different quotes on my trade but they honored the first / higher of the two. Goes to their integrity and no nonsense approach. Easton also took the time to learn how the car worked knowing he’d would need that knowledge to sell it. (C8 corvette). This wasn’t an Alfa / Masi that he knows off the top of his head. Def will come back when I win the lottery for the $300k carbon fiber Masi for sure.

I cannot express how much gratitude I have for Sean Umlauf the General Sales Manager at Safford Alfa Romeo. I was having a rough time getting things done in the service department which led to me being extremely frustrated and not happy. Sean listened to my issue and immediately moved mountains for my wifes car to be out of service and detailed to perfection within the hour of my telling him my issues. I have worked in customer service and sales for the last 13 years, I try to give as much grace as I can as I too have been in their shoes. The amount respect and attention to my needs given by Mr. Umlauf restored my faith completely. He is a wonderful GSM and people person!! Thank you so much for all your help Sean we truly couldn't be more thankful to you and your team. I went from dreading dealing with this dealership to absolutely looking forward to going back again.
