I recently had a great experience due to the wonderful service I received from Jose and Sophia. They went out of their way to provide me with a loaner vehicle and made sure I was taken care of. Jose provided me with frequent updates and answered my questions with patience. Sophia’s energy is contagious and her positivity made my experience even better!

Took my Veloce in last week for scheduled maintenance. Jose was the Service Tech I dealt with... GREAT GUY! After 5 minutes I felt like I had known him a time... and I felt he really cared about health of my Veloce! If I didn't already own an Alfa I would have walked down to showroom and bought one. Found my Alfa Doctor!

When I was shopping for another luxury car, this one wasn't on my radar, but I said, "Let's give them a try." Well, let's say that when I brought it in for a problem, the service was less than stellar.I have a 2022 Alfa Romero, Stelvio, with about 11, 567 miles. The air conditioning system wasn't getting cold. The story goes as such. *I called and got an appointment for a Friday at 11:00am. as a drop-in. *Around 4:30 pm, that Friday I hadn't heard from anyone and I decided to give them a call, come to find out no one had even looked at my car. *The person assured me they would give me a call on Saturday. Yep, at 2:30 p.m., the service person called to say the condenser was bad. Mind you, the car only about 11,500 miles on it, we won't even get into that. They follow up to say they don't have the parts and won't be ready until Thursday or Friday of the following week. *So, I say, how about a rental car? He says, " we are about to close, and you can't get a rental car until Tuesday of the following week. This vehicle is used as my primary mode of transportation, and here I was without a car for the entire holiday weekend. I was so frustrated I didn't even go in on Tuesday to get a rental. The car was finally ready on Thursday.*Of all the vehicle I have had, this was by-far the worst of customer service. *With other dealerships like Mercedes, Range Rover, Hummer and BMW they would of offered a rental car immediately, but not this place. *With how much these cars cost I expected better customer service. *I will never buy or recommend anyone to buy from this dealership or take their car in for service. In reading other comments the service department is known for horrible customer service. Save your money and buy elsewhere.Best believe you wont have to worry about me referring or buying another vehicle from Safford Alfa Romero of Tysons Corner.

Drew, my service agent was always friendly, sympathetic, and helpful through the course of the service period.Once I was able to get the service manager, Mason involved in what was turning out to be a very lengthy ordeal, he worked to make sure my vehicle received the attention and repairs it needed. He also worked with me on cost.

I went in for a software update recommended by Alfa. My initial appointment was for Saturday morning, but at the last minute, I wanted to see if I could switch to Friday. Andrew advised me that it was no problem. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by Andrew and directed to the waiting room. The work took under one hour and I was out of there quickly. The check out process was as smooth as the check in because of Andrew's efficiency and professionalism. My vehicle was returned to me as clean as when I took it in, which tells me that the maintenance staff take appropriate steps to achieve that (gloves, paper floor mat, and temporary seat cover). Excellent service!

Nick, the manager, lied to us. Three of us heard him loud and clear. We wanted to buy a certain car and they promised they would hold it until the next day the bank was open. As I was standing in line at the bank the next day, they sold the car to someone else. No integrity.I originally tried to put down a deposit and they insisted that as not necessary, they would hold it. We will by an Alfa, but cannot trust this dealer. We will go elsewhere. Lying is where I draw the line. There is no misunderstandings of what he said.

I had a very good experience working with both Mason and the service technicians and Chitt and his team in the Body Shop. I had unplanned service (warning lights) that needed to be completed, and Service did a very good job diagnosing and fixing the problem. Schedule in the body shop was booked several weeks out but Chitt worked to fit me in much sooner as the damage was relatively minor. Very responsive and high quality work.

I brought my car in for a diagnostic and ended up needing an oil pump replacement. I called my extended warranty and they requested so many unnecessary paperwork from Mason and he constantly kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. He was extremely patient, considerate, honest, kind and compassionate even after several weeks on waiting for approval for my warranty company. Even though it was approved for only a fraction of the total cost, Mason really helped me mentally prepare for the struggle of going through extended warranty.I will always come to this dealership because they really care about their customers.

Went for my 30k engine service and a radiator leak was found. Mason was my very professional and explained what they found, including pictures, and they were able to fix it post haste. My warranty had expired but Mason was able to really help me out and found a solution so I wasn’t paying out the butt. Great service and people.

My service experience was extremely pleasant and efficient this time. I brought in my Alfa Romeo for my first oil change and it was a completely different experience than my last service. Last time it was so bad I had to call the General Manager. Since then it appears that they are making some great changes within their service team. This go around, Mason ( manager) checked me in and kept me informed about my service status during my visit. He was amazing!!! He was extremely professional and courteous. He mentioned that he was working hard to make some changes to improve the service experience. Added bonus- His team had my car washed after the oil change and offered me donuts. Gooo Mason! You are on the right track, even the customers in the lobby enjoyed their service experience. This was a complete 180 from the last visit, as everyone was complaining and frustrated. Thanks again, the service was great and I will buy all my cars here!!! I highly recommend this dealership. Fantastic cars and impeccable service.

My first experience here was excellent. Mason at the service department really took care of me. I bought my Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio from a different dealer and Mason gave me the run down on getting it fully inspected and under a warranty. I hope this is the start of a great relationship.
