My husband and I have been regularly getting gas at this gas station since we moved into the area. Tonight I forgot my wallet when I was there getting gas, but found a really old checking card from an online bank the password of which I had forgotten… I just decided to try that anyways instead of driving back home. The owner/staff there saw that it was taking me a while so he came out of the store to help in this 30 degree weather! He then also helped me try that card a couple of times inside the store. It was such a kind gesture and showed that they really care about their customers!

Expensive air and $2 lasted me for three tires working with focus.

This station does not take care of their equipment and does not maintain fuel in their tanks well. Their link to Giant rewards or even their native Shell Fuel Rewards program usually doesn't work, and their receipt printers are often out of paper. I will intentionally avoid going to this station in the future.

Not your typical Shell station this definitely gives the new meaning to a one lane highway of a Shell station the one lane bridge of a Shell station and there is no troll under this bridge as a matter of fact they have the best customer service skills around for any gas station on a busy Saturday afternoon the attendant was kind and respectful and tolerant and patient and overall served everybody equally and with a smile kudos kudos kudos to that gentleman on that cold late January Saturday thank you very much for being there typical price gas air is $1.50 for like 5 minutes of air vacuum is a $1.50 for like 3 minutes of vacuum 5 minutes back in somewhere between there I hope this helps this definitely it's on the corner of West Park and gosnell roads and Leesburg Pike so it's on a one way street across from the West Park corporate Center I do hope this helps definitely if you're going to stop at a Shell station make this the one it's clean it's stocked and it's got the nicest attendant ever.

It's a royal pain getting in and out of here. First off admittedly I don't like Tyson's Corner/Vienna, "Yuppieland" whatever you want to call it. The route 7 corridor is a cluster. All gas stations even with current inflation thanks to friends in DC will be expensive, but ones over here might make the price of illicit drugs seem reasonable. If here I try to put in a few gallons, to go several miles, to a more competitive pricing point. To its credit, this Shell is I believe the cheapest close by. It does have room to maneuver around the pumps. There's not much here but a small store, and I just pay at the pump. No amenities that one would expect. Plenty of "folks" who drive Land Rovers, but don't take them off the pavement. Getting in is relatively simple, but due to heavy traffic and less than polite people, only way to roll back out is aggressively. They won't let you be back in, as Route 7/Gosnell Dr is a headache in more than one way. I will say this is a clean looking station, but best to go further towards Annandale or Fairfax City.

First of all, this gas station is way over priced compared to others. Second of all, the gentleman they have working is one of the rudest people I've ever met!!! I hope & pray that Shell addresses this employee's scary, aggressive & offensive behavior. I fueled up, used my credit card at the pump, hung up my fuel pump & left my station in perfect condition; everything was fine and dandy. I started to drive away & the attendant comes screaming at me because there's a fuel pump on the ground but I did not drop it on the ground but he's blaming it on me and calling me a liar and literally in my face harassing me! WHOA!!! I have never felt so threaded before & the audacity to get up in my face yelling at me WOW! So disrespectful! I hate to say it but he did have a very thick accent so maybe he & his culture thinks less of women, I don't know, but never have I experienced anything so off-putting as this & I highly doubt he would do that to a man! I cannot recommend supporting this local business if this is the way they treat customers & think it's OK to yell at people & make them feel inferior. Go get your gas somewhere else!!!!!!! FYI Shell Corp - I was here on Friday, September 3 at 3:45pm. I have to add that sadly this seems to be the norm here from reading other reviews.

There is no portico over the gas pumps, so when it’s raining, you would get soaking wet while pumping gas. I can’t speak to the rest of the establishment because I left.

Average Shell gas station. I saw someone hand over a wad of cash to someone; nothing else too eventful went on here.

Since I was on the move and need fuel, this tiny gasoline station did the trick. The fas saw pretty inexpensive and I filled my car up with gas. The gas attendant didn't speak much, was pleasant enough. The bathroom which is unisex was clean and warm. Some heat is pumped in to this small room. Sitting on the royal throne with your pants to your ankles, your going to really feel the heat. There is A** To Mouth machine is just outside exposed to the cold. Nice little location and very convenient.

My partner went to this location after picking our car up from the service department at Mercedes of Tyson's Corner. She ran in for a Snapple and handed the clerk a $20 bill to pay. The clerk snatched the $20 bill, accused her of passing counterfeit money, tore the bill in half, and called the police. Since my partner was en route to retrieve our children from school, we had to place an urgent call redirecting them to the paid aftercare service so they wouldn't be alone. They are 6 and 8 years old. While waiting for the police, my partner asked the clerk to test the bill with a counterfeit pen several times. He refused. Upon arrival, the police were able to test the bill and determine that it was, in fact, real. Though now it was in two pieces. We have no clue why the guy thought that a person driving a newer model Mercedes would need to pass a fake $20 for a Snapple. In truth, he probably shouldn't make assumptions regarding the legitimacy of currency without a counterfeit detecting pen. I don't care if she'd been homeless. Who treats people that way? My partner was shaken by the entire experience. This location is clearly staffed by incompetent, racially profiling jerks. (My partner is African American.) The clerk's behavior today has cost us time, embarrassment, aftercare fees, and shaken our faith in humanity.
