So if you read my review, I’m going call it like I see it. So I went in to the store to buy a five hour shot and the cashier blew his breath on top of bottle like it was dusting or something and looked at like it was normal. That’s down right disgusting. But a lot of these people do that. I’m not trying to offend nobody, but I am going call like I see it. Even 7 eleven. So watch them next time. I don’t trust them with my food if they do that. He’s not going to get into any trouble because the owner is probably from the same country. That’s why they do that. So wipe down stuff. He could have Covid or something.

This Shell station has a policy restricting restroom use to paying customers only. While I understand the intent to maintain cleanliness, being questioned about a purchase before and after using the restroom made me feel unwelcome. I was planning to buy gas, but this interaction discouraged me.
In the future, I will be taking my business elsewhere. There are plenty of gas stations and other local establishments without this type of hassle.

After business hours... pumps don't accept credit/debit cards and cashier is closed so... no gas.

It has a nice location, but I couldn't get the card readers at the pump to work to save my life. I tried two cards eventually had to go in and convince the cashier to take my money. Not the worst experience ever, but it could have gone a lot smoother

Advertising 24/7. Closed at 10:15pm. Not easy to get to from certain directions, so driving here then getting to the next closest station was a lot of wasted time.

Wow! I've never had to ask for help from the attendant before but this one was the rudest, most hostile person I've ever encountered in a service job. He would not listen to my question and kept yelling at me. I was trying to buy a carwash because the reader was apparently broken at the carwash. He wouldn't listen and told me to put it in a gas pump. When it was approved ar the gas pump he just yelled at me "see, you did it wrong!!", and walked away. I yelled back to cancel it, I just want a carwash, but he just waved his hands dismissively and walked away. I was forced into a transaction I didn't want and he just ignored me when I told him to cancel it. Reporting this location for fraud.

I've come here a few times. Last month I came and they were out of all fuel except regular. A couple weeks ago I came and I am not exaggerating, I timed it and it took 10 minutes to pump 12.5 gallons of fuel. About 40 seconds per gallon!! Fix your station!!

Store clerk ignored me when I walked in and asked for the bathroom. And then proceeded to give me a dirty look when I asked again and he begrudgingly gave me a key. I asked for the the location of the bathroom and he again ignores me. I was interrupting his show on his phone. Bring the key back say thank you have a good day, ignores me again didn't even get off his a** or look me in the eyes. And then a minority person walks in and he's all smiles. Will be sure to stop elsewhere when I'm looking for gas next time.
