I just bought a gallon of paint and it’s not mixed up!!! Never in all my life have I ever gotten paint not mixed. I wondered why it didn’t take long to get it. Will be going to other branches.

We purchased everything we needed at the store for an accent wall painting project. The sales associate was knowledgeable and it was super quick to get our gallon of paint mixed up!

It's a paint store, I'm not sure what people are expecting. Paint selection is good, they know me by name even though I've only been in a handful of time, and paint is ready quickly. Not sure what else anyone would want.

The customer service here is excellent. Being greeted and offered help really goes a long way. They also did a great job color-matching a custom paint color to my tile.

Customer service not great. Poor communication about matching paint, options and cost vs quality. Able to match paint but wouldn’t recommend for non-professionals.

Our neighborhood paint store. The guys cd not be more friendly and helpful. David is so knowledgeable and goes out of his way to make sure the color and finish was exactly what I needed for today's project. Convenient location, park right in front, opens early. A valued resource in our Vienna community. Thank you!

Friendly helpful staff. Carlos was great. Greeted me when I came in, offered to make my paint color that was a Behr color. Friendly chat while I waited for paint to be made. Go to THIS paint store in Vienna instead of the other not customer friendly one. ?

All of the employees are very helpful and nice. Julie is my favorite. Pretty low traffic store so you don’t spend too much time in the store. Store Set up is easy to pick a color and not take forever.
