I’ve tried two other VW dealerships before finding Stohlman, and both were a big disappointment when it came to customer service. About two years ago, I started bringing my car to Stohlman for maintenance, and the difference has been night and day. The service is always professional, communication is clear, and I never feel rushed or ignored.
At my last visit, my service advisor was Kaylee Anderson, and she was absolutely awesome. She genuinely seems to care about her customers and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly. It’s such a relief to know my car is in good hands. Highly recommend Stohlman Volkswagen and Kaylee!

I am extremely disappointed with Volkswagen’s service. They added extra charges to my invoice without asking for approval — completely unethical and deceptive business practice. I tried contacting Payam, the manager, several times and left multiple messages, but he never bothered to respond or fix the issue. That level of disrespect and avoidance is unacceptable.
It genuinely feels like they try to sneak charges in hoping customers won't notice. Be very careful doing business here — look over every line on your invoice, because you cannot trust them to be upfront or honest. I will never return, and I strongly recommend others avoid this place to protect themselves from similar treatment.

I had a great experience at Stohlman Volkswagen, after being in a car accident and losing my previous vehicle, I was really stressed about finding a replacement. Thankfully, Mujeebur, my sales consultant, went above and beyond to help me through the entire process. He was kind, patient, and really cared about finding the right car for me. Nasir, the sales manager, was also super helpful and understanding. He made sure everything went smoothly and worked with me to get the best deal possible. Both Mujeebur and Nasir turned a difficult situation into a positive and easy experience. I couldn’t be happier with my new car and the excellent service they provided. I would highly recommend Stohlman Volkswagen and their outstanding team.

I had such a great experience buying my brand new 2026 Tiguan SEL R-Line from Stohlman Volkswagen of Tysons Corner!
A big thank you to Mark Weinstein (Sales Manager) who helped me pick the perfect car and was super helpful as always. Romario my Sales Advisor was great — he walked me through all the car’s features and made sure everything was ready and smooth before I drove off.
And thanks to Larry Schiro and Chris from the finance team for making the paperwork part so easy. They were both very honest, transparent, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
The whole team made the process simple and stress-free. If you’re looking to buy a car, I definitely recommend checking them out — they really care about their customers and provide top-notch service!

As life would have it the old car lost its get up and go so my immediate thought was to call my favorite Dealership from whom I have purchased my last 4 cars - Stohlman Automotive in Tysons Corner off of Leesburg Pike in Va. They have always treated me like family. All of my interactions from Ms Dent, Mr Rey and Mr Harry were fast, efficient and resulted in and outcome better than expected.
