I visited yesterday for blood test. I have to report, that this is a jem, compared with all other super busy centers. I was in and out and obtained a great service from the staff, named Arlene. Much thanks.

DO NOT go to Sunrise Medical Lab in Vienna if Aisha is the technician there. I have had several experiences with her drawing my blood in the past year. She is extremely rude and unpleasant in dealing with patients. More than that, she is unprofessional and uncaring for her patients. She hurts people when sticking needles in them, does not inquire how they are feeling, does not exhibit any concern for the patient at all. I have called the main office in Chantilly and given my feedback but nothing changes in the way she relates to patients. I will not be going there again.

The representative or lab tech drawing blood was extremely rude and unprofessional. I’d recommend going to an actual Quest diagnostics versus this run down shack.

I came in as a walk-in and had a positive experience and interaction with the staff, who were polite, responsive, and professional. The only challenge was trying to find the office in a batch of identical offices, so I’ve attached photo for easier locating.

Should really be -10 stars. Robin who works over the phone is one of the rudest workers I've interacted with. You can't be rude to people calling to get lab results who are also doing their jobs. I've interacted with Robin before -1000/10 not a kind person who should work with doctors office's and patients.

Their car is driving recklessly around Vienna. Twice the speed limit in residential areas and passing in turn lanes. Makes me question their approach to safety and health in other areas.

Ahmad Taha did not show up at his appointment with just one day to do our covid 19 test. we try to call him and he just disconnect his phone. so rude, so unprofessional. don't do an appointment with him EVER. my husband has to travel today and he cannot do it because that so called doctor.

My doctor sent me to Sunrise lab to have a special test done. The lab staff was not professional. They wasn’t even sure what to do. And the lab outsourced my test to another lab in CA without letting me know. I was surprised to receive 2 big bills for 1 test. When I called billing office to ask why I’m charged by 2 companies the lady was very impatient and simply replied she didn’t know. When I asked to talk to someone in charge, she rudely hang up on me!!! Will never use them again. The worst lab I’ve ever used. Period.

What an excellent place! I’m currently pregnant and have had to have bloodwork done 4 times. The first time I went to a lab closer to my house due to convenience and I had a very unpleasant experience. I do not do well with needles and the administrator wasn’t very caring. After that experience I decided to try a different lab, which was Sunrise Labs in Vienna. I am so thankful that I did as Patricia, the lab tech, is absolutely wonderful! She is so kind, gentle, and a very lovely person all around! I’ve been so fortunate that the past three times I’ve gone I’ve had Patricia! As for the actual place it is clean and wait time is very good!!

Service is excellent I am a very hardstick I got awful experienced with diff labs but this lady name meliza borja she is awesome. she did and find my vain so easy painless very professional in her job and fast and effecient!! Thanks for job well done sunrise!
