I would like to say the service was excellent and I want to point out Jeriah and the manager Jocelin, they were so knowledgeable and did everything for us. I don’t know a lot about iPhones and they helped me out a ton! My favorite T-Mobile store in the area!

Unfortunately, you have to be sure you get everything in writing with this store. It is my experience that the salesperson was not honest about all plan conditions. He sent me away with a receipt but it had no information regarding the discussed plan. In particular the hourly charge for a call to Europe from the States and the hourly charge when calling within Europe. Go to another store for your phone/plan. It's not worth anyone's time to be mislead.

Arijit was extremely helpful and helped me get my phone number ported over seamlessly. I had a great experience at this T mobile store. I was expecting the process to be much more difficult to switch carriers, but he explained the phone plan, international plan, and coordinated with the main office to make sure everything was working well before I left the store. He was very patient. Thanks!

Tech whom I saw fixed my Samsung unlock in under 5 minutes that took over an hour on regular T-Mobile support line. People in this site are very professional & knowledgeable!! My favorite T-Mobile go to place!

Unbelievably lousy customer service at this Vienna store. I recommend staying far away. Just bought a brand new Samsung phone and told Adam the phone disconnects, skips from one video to another, and takes forever to load when you click on a link. He told me to take it to Best Buy to get it fixed!! I just bought the phone 2.5 weeks ago. So I called T-Mobile and they looked into it and found that the SIM card was from 2008. He took the SIM card from my old phone and put it into the new phone.Glad they told me that. He asked why but since I know nothing about phones, I didn't know; just thought it was weird that he was taking something out from my old phone and putting it in the new one. Moral of the story: stay away from lousy customer service at this store. Go somewhere we the salespeople are somewhat helpful.

I would try another location. We went in to upgrade my son's phone and after waiting for almost an hour for our data to be transferred we discover that it was being done on the iPhone 14 even though we repeated that our choice was the 13 so ultimately we had to update at home. Then, although the T-Mobile app says you can bring in our phone to the store as a trade in, they would not accept it and gave us boxes and a label for us to mail it in. Why couldn't they have done this on our first visit. Why couldn't they have mailed it for us since it was our mistake. The post office is very close but was closed the day we returned to the store. The manager seems pretty good but the AM yesterday was pretty dismissive and blew me off. I am used to a general level of incompetence but dismissiveness drives to write a review.

This store is conveniently-located in downtown, Vienna, VA, is clean, and has excellent lighting, and decent product displays. The place had reasonable staffing for the pace of business during my visit on a weekday evening. The sales & service representative was courteous, professional, and helpful. I would return if I needed something here.

Was a loyal customer to T-Mobile for over 20 years. Told the employee here that I needed a really easy to use phone, one that's decent. Ended up convincing me to buy the worst phone known to man and wasted hundreds of dollars. Was difficult to even type this due to this insane keyboard. Took advantage of a loyal customer.

I had a great experience a couple of years ago when a different manager was working there. So when I wanted to go back to T-Mobile, I didn't hesitate to visit this store again - What a mistake.The new manager and one of the workers who I deal with were just lying right in front of you to get you purchase products and sign up for a plan. It took me a couple of days to figure out what they did, and a few phone calls to 611 and a trip to a real T-Mobile on Leesburg Pike -That's correct, this store is a Third-Party managed store, not a real T-Mobile store, to sort everything out correctly. If you do want to sign up on a plan, make sure to have them write down and sign the plan features and the monthly fees on paper before you walk out of the store.- In response to the store's reply - My review is for potential customers and I am done with your store. Almost all the positive reviews are because of the previous store owner, whom I had a good experience with as well. You are the one who provided this "unprofessional" service and that's why the other employees behave the same.

hould be zero stars. Do not use this location. The incompetent teenagers messed up the number porting of our previous number to the new T-mobile phone. Our first clue should have been the fact that the store emplyees were sitting outside the store at a rickety table. Huh? As a result of the store employee's incompetence, we had to endure multiple conversations with overseas call centers getting their runaround for almost 48 hours. I finally used the in-app chat and they got me to the person who took responsibility and completed the transfer in real-time.

Visited this store today and I am pleased to give a 5 star review for Dylan who helped solving an issue of low speed. I appreciate that he at least made an effort and that was successful. I had already spoken to the customer service support team that did not conclude a solution.

The sales technician was extremely helpful. He checked other stores to see if the right inventory was there and said we could go to the store down the street because they had the phones we wanted. We went to the other T-Mobile down 123 across from Giant, and it was terrible, so we left them, and returned to this location where we were promptly helped and ordered new phones.
